Sal smiled at Jessa, he held her as they sat on the couch. They both decided unanimously to stay in and watch a movie and spend some alone time together trying to reconnect.

"So you've never seen this movie before?" Jessa asked, looked up at him.

"No. Never." Sal smiled, squeezing her hand.

"And you call yourself a movie buff." Jessa giggled.

"I am one!" Sal said, kissing her softly.

Jessa kissed him back. "Yeah right, you dork." She put her hand on his cheek, kissing him deeper.

Sal grinned, kissing her back. "You're the dork." He pulled away resting his forehead on hers.

Beth slammed the back door closed, she heard Bella cry out slightly. "Sorry baby girl, Daddy just makes me so mad sometimes." Beth sighed, setting her carrier on the counter.

Jessa got up with help from Sal. "Thanks... Beth?!" She walked into the kitchen. "Beth, what's wrong?"

Sal walked up behind Jessa, concern etched on both of their faces. "What happened?"

Beth looked at Sal; she smirked seeing a lip stain on his cheek. "Nice lipstick, Sal."

Jessa blushed, wiping Sal's cheek. "Sorry." She whispered sheepishly.

"So are you two dating now or...?" Beth started to say.

Jessa bit her lip, looking at Sal. "Maybe." She smiled.

"Finally!" Beth threw her hands in the air. "I'm glad to see you two finally got your shit together! It's about damn time, honestly you two."

"Okay, enough about us. So, what happened at Brian's, you weren't gone very long. Don't tell me you two still haven't made up yet, have you?" Jessa asked curiously.

"Ding, Ding. What prize do we have for her today Marty?" Beth said sarcastically.

Jessa rolled her eyes and folded her arms in front of her. "Seriously, what happened between you two?"

Beth sighed. "I went over there to apologize and there he is, drunk off his ass."

"Like always..." Sal sighed. "Was he okay though?"

"Oh, he was fine. He was with another girl right there on the couch, fucking her brains out while get this - using a fucking condom of all things. Dumb fuck wouldn't use any with me, he complains, "Oh, I hate the feeling of those things, I can't use them." But yet he fucks one slut he met in a bar today and she got him into wearing them now. I stormed out, he followed me and we got into a big argument. He said he wanted me and Bella and that he didn't want anyone else. Boy did he fool me. I just can't believe him anymore."

"Wait, what?!" Sal asked. "That asshole!" He growled.

"Sal..." Jessa said softly.

"I gotta go." Sal grabbed his car keys.

Beth spoke up quickly, putting her hand out to stop him from leaving.

"Sal, it's no use. I ended it with him. It's over between he and I. I just can't play these games with him anymore. I told him he'd be hearing from my lawyer about signing off his rights to Bella."

"No, you can't do that. He'll be even more of a mess! Just let me talk to him. I'll make things right, just don't throw the towel in yet with him. Give me time to straighten him out. I'll be back. Bye." He quickly kissed Jessa's forehead and ran out of the house to his Mustang before anyone else could object.
