ava's pov

after logan and i almost kissing, we ate dinner and watch movies. we eventually left when it got late and went home. right when we got home daniel went upstairs to go to bed after hugging me goodnight. corbyn stops me as i try to go upstairs. 

"hey ava"

"yeah? what's up corbyn?"

"how are you doing?" i was relieved he asked me that because i thought he was gonna ask me about logan.

"i'm ok. i'm doing better."

"that's good. oh and if you need anyone i'm here"

"i know bean and i love you for that" we hug for a couple minutes and then we go to bed

i wake up the next morning and go downstairs. it looks like i'm home alone. i see a note that says

Dear A,

the guys and i went out to get clothes for a future photoshoot. mrs. herron went to run some errands. zach is still there but sleeping in his room. mrs. herron says to give him the pills next to this paper at 11. she left at 10:30 and will be back around 1ish. we will get back around 1 too. bye A we love you.

i look up at see it's 10:45 so i have 15 minutes until i need to give zach his medication. i haven't really talked to him because i get sad. i hear my phone buzz and see logan is calling me.

hello?

hey ava. it's me logan.

i see that

well i wanted to know what you're doing today

i'm babysitting zach until about 1 since everyone decided to leave me. they all have errands to run. but why?

well i'm bored and wanted to see if you could come over

i can't but you could come over here if ya want

ok be there at 11:15ish

ok bye

when logan asked me to hang i had butterflies in my stomach. no! stop ava you can't catch feelings. he doesn't like you. the 'almost kiss' we were just caught up in the moment. right, i don't like him at all. or do i? crap don't doubt yourself ava. just then i look on my phone and it's 11. oh god help me.

i walk into his room and tap him to wake up. surprisingly he wakes up right away.

"hey you need to take your medicine"

"ok" he says as he sits up

as i'm getting the pills out of the bottle zach says

"where is everyone else? you never give me my pills"

"they had to run errands"

"ok cool. well i actually am going to shower after you give me these pills. i can shower on my own but you have to be in my bedroom just in case something happens."

"ok fine" he takes his pills and leaves to take a shower

he gets out and walks back into the room with only a towel on. he tells me to turn around and i do i take a sneak peek and see him putting his pants on since he already put on his boxers.

switching to zach's pov now

"you like the show?"

"no not really. it would be better if you put clothes on"

"well you see i'm changing and normally when people do that other people shouldn't watch"

i put on my shirt and i had a flashback after ava and i had this short conversation. the flashback sounded exactly like one i had with a girl before. i turn to see ava sitting on my bed. i feel like she was the girl. but i'm not sure. i'm probably just going crazy. whatever.

"ok well i'm going to go eat" i say

"here i can make you something. i have a guest coming over anyway so i'll make food for us three" she says

"who's the guest?"

"logan"

"i don't think i know him. the name sounds familiar once i see the face i might remember"

"ok well what do you want to eat?"

"can you make grilled cheese?"

"sure. let's go"
