Part 30

ava's pov

logan and i leave the house. he drives us to the beach and we get out of his car.

"so i was thinking, we could have a picnic on the beach and hang for a bit. i have the stuff in the back of the car"

"sounds amazing" i say as we get the stuff out of the car

we lay down the blanket and place the basket full of food on the sand. after we eat we go for a walk along the beach. all of our stuff is on the blanket still. we talk as we're walking

logan then says "can i do something?"

"depends what is it?" i feel like he might kiss me so i look him in the eyes

he picks me up bridal style and walks into the water. i struggle to get out but he has a grip on me. he then throws me into the water. as i get back up, i chase after him since he threw me in. i eventually catch up to him and i push him into the water and he trips getting all soaked. we both laugh for a long time.

"well boys are probably wondering where i am" i say as were still in the water. at this moment i was really cold.

"ok let's start heading back up" logan says

we start packing up and he turns to me.

"oh my god ava your lips are purple here take my sweatshirt"

"no it's fine"

"ava take it" 

i end up taking it and putting it on. he wraps himself around me for a couple minutes until i warm. we put the stuff away in the car and head back. we get to the house and he walks me to the door.

"i really had fun today logan" i say

"so did i. you think we could do it again?"

"is the logan paul asking me on a second date?"

"oh so this was a date?"

"idk was it? you were the one that asked me"

"well i think so, but if you don't want it to be that's fine"

"depends on if you hug me or kiss me"

he leans in and so do i. 

"so then this was date?" he asks

"i guess so blondie"

"well good bye ava"

"good bye logan"

i open the door and go inside. i lean against the door smiling and i realize i still have his hoodie. i head into the living room to see where everyone is. all the guys are sitting on the couch on their phones. it's about 4 so i was gone for about 4 hours.

"hey guys i'm back"

"oh hey ava, how was your date?" bean says

"it was good. i'm gross because logan threw me in the water so imma go shower. and then we can go out to dinner if ya guys want."

they all say sure and i go upstairs.

zach's pov

"daniel can i talk to you in the kitchen?"

"yeah sure"

we head to the kitchen

"dani what am i supposed to do? she enjoyed her date with logan. she'll never like me"

"dude zach she's basically in love with you. she always says that you will always be in her heart. when you got in the accident it hurt her so much."

"so when should i tell her? because each day i remember one more thing about her"

"i think you should tell her asap"

"but when should that be? because she seems to really like logan and i don't want to not make her happy"

"the sooner the better"

"maybe i'll just give her some time and hopefully her and logan don't work out?"

"do whatever you wanna do"

"thanks dani, once again" 

we head back to the living room and lounge around until ava comes down.

"where do you guys wanna go?"

"panera!!" we all yell at once

"ok panera it is" ava says

"i'll drive" jonah responds
