LILY

When we started walking up to the house. You could see people already outside either passed out, drinking, making out or doing something wild and crazy.

Though I wasn't a fan of these kind of parties, in general. It was still better than being back at home.

We headed inside and the whole school seemed to be here. People were grinding up on each other while making out, drinking of course, and being crazy.

Carlos held onto Lynn's hand tightly and I was thirsty, so I decided to head towards the kitchen and grab us some drinks.

I asked them what they wanted. They both told me a beer. So I turned and headed back towards the kitchen.

I grabbed a couple bottles of beer and then a soda for myself.

I turned around and jumped back a little bit while gasping in fright when I noticed Michael looking at me with a smirk.

       "You scared me." I said.

"My bad. I didn't mean to." He says while taking a step closer towards me.

        "Great party!" I commented.

"How do you know? You and your friends just got here?!" He laughed while taking the last drink from his red solo cup.

        He was already really drunk.

"Right." I replied feeling a bit embarrassed.

"I'm glad you could make it." He said.

"Yeah. Me too." I said before we shared an awkward moment of silence. I never thought he had ever noticed me. "Well, I better go give these drinks to my friends." I say while walking back towards them.

When I get to them, I notice they are grinding on each other, kissing and laughing. I hand them their drinks and they continue dancing together and saying 'thanks' to me.

This place is so big and since I don't really dance and there's no place to sit down at I start walking around and look for the bathroom.

I finally find it and go in, lock the door then set my can of soda down near the sink and take a look in the mirror. I hate my reflection. It just reminds me of all the pain.

Quickly, I shake those thoughts out of my head and suddenly feel light headed a little bit. Almost like I was drunk. But that couldn't be since I'm drinking soda. From a can might I add.

Maybe I should go home, or something. Or maybe I just need some air.

So I unlock the door and see Michael leaning against the doorway.

"You really need to stop doing that. Appearing out of nowhere. It scares the shit out of me." I tell him while noticing that the room is starting to spin.

Michael immediately takes notice and puts my arm on his shoulder for support while putting his arm around my waist to help me walk. We begin heading upstairs.

"Are you alright?" He asks me.

"Yeah. I think I just need some air." I tell him as we are walking upstairs. Though I don't realize we are, right away, since I can't seem to think straight nor even walk properly right now.

He opens a door and helps escort me inside. I hear the door shut behind us and he helps me to a bed. I take a seat on the edge.

I don't know what's happening. I have never felt this way before and I was starting to get a little worried.
