There were no scheduled tour dates in May, so the group spent the month hanging out (and squeezing in some concert rehearsals). They were in Cardiff, Wales for their next show on June 5th.

They all sat on miscellaneous items of furniture in the hotel they were staying at until Niall suggested that they go sightseeing.

"I've never been to Wales before," he explained, "we have the whole month to do other things, so let's go sightseeing."

The other boys nodded in agreement, and they decided to go the the Bodnant Garden, an 80-acre garden containing plants collected more than a century ago, that had a view of Snowdonia, a nearby National Park.

They were immediately stunned by the beauty of the garden. Since it was a weekday, it was almost entirely empty, since most people were probably working or in school.

Louis and Harry were running around the gardens, causing an immense amount of noise. Eventually, a staff member came over and told them to leave, since they were disrupting the peace. Niall saw them and let out a chuckle as they were escorted out.

He was mesmerized by the Irishman's enchanting laugh and bright smile, until he realized what he was doing and cursed under his breath. Why was he staring at Niall?

Liam pondered until he was interrupted by Louis and Harry's loud shouts. Liam snapped out of his daze and snickered at the two's arguing over who got them kicked out, even though it was clearly both of them.

Liam looked at Niall again. He looked amazing, surrounded by flowers. He wished he had a camera, but then again, something told him that he would never forget this. Liam panicked. What was wrong with him?

At night, Liam tossed and turned in his bed, haunted by the question that wouldn't leave his mind.

Why was he staring at Niall?
