Chapter Six: Night In With Zayn
“Niall let go!” I shouted at the Irish boy. Wrapped in his arms was Marco. My Marco. “I’m warning you!”
He shook his head defiantly. Good God, this boy won’t give up. “Never!” Niall shouted dramatically, as though he was in some film.
Out of nowhere, Charlie pounced on Niall’s back. He screamed like a girl and hugged Marco even harder. I gave Charlie a blank look and she shrugged, as though it wasn’t her fault. “Sorry, I thought it’d make him give it back,” She said frowning. “It obviously didn’t though.”
Rolling my eyes, I tried to pry Niall’s fingers one by one. Each finger that I’d pull away from Marco, Niall would shout ‘no’ and frown. If I’m honest, I’m surprised the bus driver hasn’t stopped and came to tell us to shut up. Oh, I forget to mention that I’m on One Direction’s tour bus. I haven’t a clue what I’m going to do about my tutor, Mr. Davis. It seems I’m going to have to ring him up, pretending to be my mum. Oh wait, my mum doesn’t know either.
She won’t care anyway. She never does.
“Niall, we’re stopping off at Nandos, are you coming?” A voice, it sounded like Zayn, sounded from behind the small area where we sleep. Niall’s eyes widened and he jumped up from his bed, dropping Marco. As fast as he could, he ran straight toward the front of the bus, where Zayn and Louis were snickering to themselves and laughing.
I picked up my penguin and snuggled it, missing the feel. At last, I can finally sleep properly! I breathed in the familiar scent, which had now been mixed with a bit of a vanilla smell, considering Niall had decided to sleep with it. Stupid boy. Only I get to sleep with Marco.
Charlie smirked. “Looks like Niall’s a bit too excited. All he does is yap on about food, or eat it. Whichever one he fancies.”
I smiled at her contently. “At least he doesn’t have an obsession with carrots,” Charlie laughed at my statement, knowing I was talking about Louis.
The bus pulled to a stop, and Liam suddenly appeared. “Alright, get off everyone. We’ve arrived at the hotel.”
“But what about Nandos?” Niall shrieked, making Charlie and I giggle like crazy.
Liam rolled his eyes. “We’ll go later. Come on!” We all got off and pulled our own suitcases inside the hotel. Harry seemed to be missing.
I frowned and turned to Louis. “Where’s Harry gone?”
He shrugged. “I think he popped out to the shops for a bit. Apparently he’s off to visit some girl.”
“Oh,” I said. As much as I hated to admit it, jealousy is a horrible thing. Which is why I’m annoyed at myself. Besides, Harry is just a friend. There’s no need for me to be jealous.
Once we made it to our floor, I was surprised at the room. I mean, I know my family is considered to be ‘well off’, but this is just… Wow!
“Alright, Niall, Zayn and I are sharing this room here,” Liam said, pointing to the room at the end of the hall. “Louis and Harry are staying here,” He pointed to the room in the middle. “And Charlie and Cam are staying here,” He indicated to the last room.
This hotel suite was very big. It contained one living area, a small kitchen, an upstairs, because it’s a penthouse, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms.
All in all, you could probably live here and have everything you need.
Charlie and I plopped ourselves down on the beds, which were side by side. The room itself had a theme – white and cream. The walls were white, and the carpet was cream. The bedding was also cream, along with the curtains. And then there is a white sofa and two closets. A small door was next to my bed. I checked inside and looked at the nice en-suite.
