Jesse's a cat

Lukas had always wanted a kitten, any type was fine but Jesse wouldn't let him. Jesse thought Lukas wouldn't be able to take care of it.

Until one day, Lukas was outside in the backyard, he was mowing the lawn and Jesse was inside.

When Lukas walked inside the house, he washed his hands and he headed towards the living room. Then, he stepped on something and heard a small cry. A kittens cry.

The blond looked down with wide eyes and saw a kitten. He noticed that he'd accidently stepped on it's tail.

"OH MY GOD, YOU'RE SO CUTE!~ JESSE COME HERE!" Lukas screamed then gently picked up the cat. The cat looked at Lukas for a few seconds and started purring, but Jesse didn't come. "Jesse?" Lukas called out while looking around, his car was still here. Lukas decided to check every room. Still nothing...

When Lukas looked around the kitchen, he noticed a piece of paper that was on the counter.

Dear Lukas,

you wanted a kitten so bad that I decided to give you one. You're probably wondering why Jesse isn't home. Well, Jesse is the cat. You have to take care of Jesse to prove to him that you in fact, can take care of one. You have a week, good luck!

Lukas looked at the note in shock then at Jesse. "You're a cat, and I have to take care of you?" Jesse stared and gave a little nod.

"Okay then, Jesse." he said and kissed it's head, then grabbed his wallet and car keys. "I have to go the store, you're coming with me."

Jesse meowed and tried to get out of Lukas's hand. However, Jesse was a small kitten and Lukas's hand was big, the blonde noticed this and held onto his kitty boyfriend. When they to the car, Jesse sat in the passenger seat and walked over the Lukas in the drivers. Jesse plopped down and stayed there for the whole ride.

At the pet store, Lukas had to get Jesse food, but Jesse couldn't eat cat food. He tried to whine but Lukas didn't listen.

Lukas had all the essentials, kitty litter, litter boxes, cat toys and food. When Lukas was checking out his supplies, the cashier saw Jesse in Lukas's jacket pocket. "Hello there." the lady said to Jesse with a happy grin.

Lukas smiled and put his hand inside his pocket to pet Jesse. Jesse meowed again. "What's his name?" the lady asked and Lukas just said "Jesse." and paid.

Jesse shielded away and curled into his boyfriend's hand. The cashier handed Lukas's change and said bye to Jesse.

When they got home Jesse jumped out of Lukas's pocket and ran to the couch. Lukas awed and started setting up the stuff for his little kitty. "I'm going to order in a pizza, I'll feed you later." he said then took a seat next to Jesse.

Jesse whined and sat on Lukas's lap while crawling himself up on to his shoulder and started purring.

Lukas had his hand under Jesse so he wouldn't fall and began to pet Jesse's back. "I love you." he mumbled and kissed Jesse's head, who closed his eyes then opened them when Lukas pulled away.

10 minutes later after Lukas did the call, the door rang. Jesse got on top of the couch and watched Lukas open the door.

"Thanks," Lukas said as he exchange the money for the pizza and sat down on the couch. Lukas took a slice of pizza out of the box and bit into it.

Jesse was staring at the pizza in the blonde's hand. he slowly crawled down and took a bite of it. It was a small bite but Lukas laughed and shook his head lightly. "So, you still eat human food?" he asked. "Here you go then." he said and held the pizza out Jesse. Jesse continued to eat the pizza until he was full, he licked his paw and sat next to Lukas on the couch. Lukas got a new piece of pizza and ate it rather quickly.

Lukas ate the next few pieces a little slower but Jesse was full, his tiny stomach couldn't hold that much.

"Wanna watch some TV, or...?" Lukas asked Jesse. it was weird talking to a cat. Jesse looked up at Lukas and nodded.

After watching a few episodes of Pretty Little Liars, Jesse fell asleep and Lukas was starting to feel tired, so he picked up Jesse in his arms and took him to the room.

When Lukas settled Jesse on the bed, he changed into his pajamas and laid down. "I love you, my little kitten." he mumbled while pulling Jesse closer to his side of the bed, and started drifting off to sleep.
