Today is thankfully Friday ending this uneventful and boring week with my short-lived vacation:

Weekend

I walked through the hallway with my backpack strapped on my shoulder and a pizza box placed in my hands. I kept my gaze on the box basically slobbering all over it, shielding my prize from tempting stares.

The past week I tried to deal with the food, the school's serving here, but that experience was just too disgusting to bear. That's why I started ordering pizza a few minutes before lunch begins. Then I wait in front of the school to pay the pizza guy or girl and retrieve the goddess from their grasps.

But I don't think I'll be able to keep doing that. For your information I already slaughtered my almost empty piggy bank, taking another piggy bank's life from this world. But the saddest part is that when I took a hammer in my hand to accomplish that brutal act, the dollar sign clouded my vision, while I continually repeated "Another one" in my head.

I thought that he's a coldhearted snake.

I turned sharp right, hearing the noise and smelling the smell of cafeterias and teens that sadly overpowers the brand new Eau the Pizza.

The first time I showed up with my same old love, I would never get sick of, there were the ones that didn't have to ask the question why and just wanted a piece of my self-paid pizza and then there were the odd ones who just gave me a strange stare.

I slapped all of their hands away, adding a lot of more force on Drake's and Carter's little sneaky bastard hands. I only allowed it to Kate because I like her most from all of them on the table. We decided to share our lunch now for two days or something and split the money.

I find the group and make my way to the table, they always seem to capture. Shortly after I arrived at the table the box was snatched away of its safe haven, leaving an alarmed me behind.

"I need food. Gimme," Kate ripped open the pizza box, resembling anyone on wifi withdrawal.

"Chill, lady," I sat down properly and didn't expect a reply, coming from the apparently starving whale next to me.

After I tore my prescribed dose from her grip, I put the mouthwatering food in my mouth to evaporate into thin air like my savings.

"This shit is good."

My eyes snapped to the owner and met a boy with an evident jaw line and green mischievous eyes, taking a bite from an In-N-Out burger. Next to him Carter nodded in approval, munching on some fries.

Wow, those motherfucking imitators.

Suddenly Leah appeared behind Drake and stole his box of fries, abandoned on the table. When Drake realized what just happened in front of his slow eyes, she was already long gone. With the fries of course. His face was priceless, I tell you priceless.

"Lana, we're going to get drunk today," Kate announced next to me, scrolling through her phone the pizza already devoured in a nanosecond.

I frowned finishing a slice, "I don't drink. And I was already invited to a party by my couch."

Kate turned to me with an impressed expression, "Respect but you're still coming. You can be the not forced designated driver."

"But you're kinda forcing me. Designated driver my ass," I took another slice, relishing in the taste of gold.

Now Kate gave me her full attention all eye lash batting, "Pleaseeee. I trust you and you do know that driving and drinking is a total no no. And before you say it, you can't trust anyone nowadays. Hell, a taxi driver could be disguised as a serial killer or... robber and don't let me forget-"
