Once we made it to Alberta we only had a thirty minute drive to the barn we need to be at. The barn is called "Windy Hill Equestrian Stables." they have thirty-five stalls, a huge indoor and outdoor arena, and fourteen paddocks. My mom rented two stalls for Elana and Poppy, and a paddock for them too.

Once we finally made it too the barn we unloaded the horses and put them in the paddock for some fresh air. My mom and I got a tour of the barn so we know where everything is. We got some shovels and a wheel barrow to clean out the trailer. It was a mess. Once we had that crap scooped out, we put in new shavings. Then we unloaded the tack trunk and took them in front of Elana's and Poppy's stalls.

When Elana and Poppy got all settled in we took them into the indoor arena and rode them around for a bit. They were great considering it is a different barn, with a different smell, and different horses, and different things to spook at. On the barn post board they had some over view pictures of the trail. It looks amazing. There is a big stream with a lot of pretty flowers and bridges. My only worry is Elana and Poppy on the bridge.

Before we went back to the truck for the night, a girl who has been boarding her horse and pony there for a while tolled us "that we should grab a lock to lock the stall doors that Poppy and Elana are in because, there has been a couple that has tried to steal our horses, and don't want to see our beautiful horses get stolen. I walked out to the truck to grab two locks that we keep in the truck in case of any needs. Once we had the locks on the stall doors we went back to the truck to go to sleep. I could not go to sleep. I am to excited for tomorrow. I finally found a way to fall a sleep.
