Who would put a pin in here..

The button pin was blue. Just a nice and plain blue.

"It seems that you've gotten my item, my angel~!" Karamatsu says while putting down the hat and striking a small pose with his typical grin.

With a small smile, [Y/n] chuckles while jokingly saying, "It's better than getting Osomatu's item."

"I'm not that bad!!!" Osomatsu protests with a huff.

"YOU ARE!!" Everyone says, including Ichimatsu, who sighed after saying it. As Osomatsu sits in a corner, muttering to himself. Both [Y/n] and Karamatsu go into the closet, and Karamatsu closes the door.

[Now in Karamatsu's POV]

My hands could not stop shaking. I am currently in the presence of someone so beautiful...someone so caring, so kind, how can I not be nervous? We've been friends for so long, I want to be more to her than just her best friend. I hope that one day, I will get to hold my rose in a tight embrace, spoil her with gifts, have candle lit dinners!

..Will that ever happen?

I shift my eyes around as my eyes adjust to the darkness. I could see the outline of her. She's leaning against the wall, arms loosely crossed with a thoughtful expression.

What could my rose be thinking? I thought. It's only a couple minutes into the game and nothing has happened.. Should I do something? No, no, I don't want to seem too upfront. Maybe we could just chat! Yes, that should suffice.

As I opened my mouth to talk, [Y/n] had already spoken, asking, "Hey, can I tell you something?"

"O-of course! I'm all ears!!" I try to puff up my chest a little, also showing a grin. [Y/n] giggles softly. "Aha, that's one of the things I love about you. You're always open to what I have to say.."

Wait what...?

"C...Come again?" I stammer out, making sure I heard what I thought I heard. Getting off the wall, [Y/n] takes a few steps towards me, now only mere inches away.

"You heard me, I love you. Every good thing, flaw, strength, weakness, aspect, everything. I've have feelings for you for a while now..a year maybe. I just didn't know when or how to say it. Plus, you're around your brothers a lot, so professing my love to you in front of them would've been pretty awkward." She laughs softly to herself. As I lightly laugh with her, she continues, "Your positivity is so contagious, and you're so considerate and caring of your brothers and to the people you care about! I love how musically talented you are! You look at peace whenever you sing or play your guitar, and it's calming to see. You're also pretty cool, aha. Even though wearing sunglasses inside is kind bad..."

She laughs lightly as I stare at her in shock.

She....She loves me?? Of all people?? I thought.

But isn't that what I wanted?

"You're...you're not joking, right?" I desperately wanted to believe her.

She gives me a confused look, "Do you not believe me?" She asks softly, looking in my general direction.

"I want to." I admit, "I really, really want to." My voice cracks, unintentionally raising a few notches. Dark thoughts start to invade my mind, like a man being swallowed by fog.
