Caught

Many many months later

Life has been truly amazing. I mean I have my best friend and the love of my life (to whom I married) with me and an amazing job how can it not be amazing? And with all that Abigail, Sean, Killian and I have bought a house in London so whenever we want to see each other we can go there without getting caught.

I had asked Killian to meet me at the house today because I wanted to surprise him because it's his birthday today. I decided to get to the house early to start setting up. Luckily I had bought the food and cake too so I won't have to rush. I opened the door and I see Abigail and Sean on the couch making out and with no clothes on. I scream and turn around. "Damn it you guys that is why we have two rooms in this house so we can avoid this." I hear Abigail giggle and Sean laughing.

"Can I turn around?" "Yes," they both say. I turn around and sigh. "Must you two always be on each other in every part of this house?" Sean chuckles. "Oh God Emma you know you and Killian do it too and all the time." I laugh. "No we are more civilized beings, you two are animals." He looks at Abigail and nods. "That we are." I shake my head.

"Anyways you know that today is Killian's birthday right?" They both nod. "Well I wanted to surprise him." Sean gives me a smirk. "I'm sure whatever you have planned for tonight he will enjoy." I scoff. "Sean really?" He chuckles. "You know it's true." I blush. "Yes but that's not what I meant, that comes later." They both smile.

"No what I mean is like I have a little surprise party planned, you know us four, a nice meal, cake and champagne." Sean smiles. "That is a splendid idea." I smile. "Good because I bought all the stuff," I say as I lift up the bags. They both smile. "I'm sure Killian will love it." I nod. "Well I hope you two were done with what you were doing so you can help me decorate a bit." Sean groans.

"I wasn't done making love to my woman Emma." Abigail giggles and blushes. "Oh my God, you two are something else." They both laugh and I point to their room. "Now go on and put some clothes on." They laugh and make their way to their room. I chuckle and start to take the stuff out from the grocery bags.

That's when my phone goes and it's Killian saying he's coming home. Oh my God I can't let him come early so I told him if he could go to the store and just bring some groceries so I can have time to decorate. I go and put some banners and streamers out. That's when I see Abigail taking out the food and placing it on the table. "Man you just can't get your hands off of Sean huh?" She smiles.

"I'm sorry Emma I just love him so much." I smile. "No it's ok I understand, I'm the same way with Killian." She smiles. "I'm just so happy ever since I left the agency and Sean got a normal job my life has been amazing." I smile. "I miss you as my partner." She smiles. "I bet." That's when I get a urge to throw up. I run to the sink and throw up.

"Emma oh my God are you ok?" Abigail says as she caresses my back. I nod. "Yeah, I'm fine, I've just been feeling nauseous." She then gasps. "Emma are you?" I smile. "Yes but keep it down, I want to surprise Killian tonight." She smiles. "You're a mommy?" I smile as I rub my belly. "I just found out today." She smiles. "Really?" I nod.

"But enough of that let's focus on Killian's birthday. She nods. "I'm so happy for you Emma." I smile. "I can't wait to tell Killian." She smiles. "He will be thrilled." I smile and nod. That's when we hear the door bell. I smile and turn off the lights. That's when Killian opens the door.

"Emma you home?" That's when I turn on the lights. "Surprise!" We all scream and Killian smiles. I go up to him and give him a kiss. "Happy birthday love." He smiles. "Thanks my love." That's when Sean and Abigail congratulate him and we go eat. After we eat we all sit on the couch in the living room and continued to talk

"Thank you guys for this," Killian says as he raises his glass towards the air. Since I knew I was pregnant I had to get a glass of juice. "Cheers to an awesome year and to awesome friends," Killian says and we all raise our glasses in the air then take a drink.

I lean against Killian and I smile. "I love you Killian." He smiles. "As do I." I smile. That's when we hear gunshots. We all gasp and that's when we hear someone break down the door. Sean grabs Abigail and jumps over the couch. I gasp as I try to take out my gun. That's when I see Killian's dad walk in.

"Dad?" Killian shouts. "I knew you had found a secret spot where you would be meeting Emma in." I gasp. That's when I see more agents coming into the house and I see someone shoot Sean. Abigail screams then hits agents and shoots them. That's when I see Killian's dad pointing his gun at him.

"I think is best you go son." I gasp. In a split second I get in front of him and he shoots me in the stomach. I gasp and I fall to the ground. That's when I hear his dad chuckle. Killian screams and grabs the gun and shoots his dad three times in the chest. I'm screaming from the pain and it hit me that I'm pregnant.

I see blood coming out from my belly. I look up at Killian and sigh. "Killian I love you and I'm sorry." He shakes his head. "No Emma," he says and I start to close my eyes. I look back at Abigail and she is crying holding Sean in her arms. "Emma don't leave me," Killian says and I smile.

"I love you Killian," I say and that's when my whole world turns dark...
