"Why would Roman go anywhere near you let alone talk to you?" He walked forward "You're a misery, an anxious freak. You're a mess! You hold Thomas back you worthless nuisance! Roman encourages him to follow the dreams you destroy! Roman's a beauty... and you? you're...."
"Don't say it!" Virgil could handle a lot of insults but not that. never that.
"I'll say what i want to" A glint of silver touched Vanity's neck.
"Do and I'll be tempted to use this" Vanity swallowed
"But Roman he's a...!"
"A beauty who you treat like a beast because your shallow mind cannot handle the idea of anyone being better than you!" Roman stared right back when Vanity gaped. Virgil stared at the retreating form.
"That was harsh." Roman shrugged
"It was well deserved for implying you were a beast"
"But I am one" Roman lifted Virgils chin in his hand
"You are anything but a beast. You hold Thomas back from danger, you bring him down to earth so he doesn't get hurt. You protect him even more than any of the rest of us. it's why i love you"
"I still can't believe you do" Roman picked him up
"Well believe it Fairest. I love you more than there are Disney songs i know by heart" Virgil gasped
"Princey.... that's the most romantic thing you've ever told me" Roman laid him down on the bed after they'd teleported.
"What do you wish to do Fairest?" Virgil just answered with a searing kiss while pushing him flat and straddling him.
"I can be a beast sometimes" He took Roman's sash between his teeth and pulled it loose, moving to tease at his ear slightly roughly so his boyfriend pushed him back
"Looks like I'll have to tame you" His Fairest grinned when he flipped their positions so Virgil laughed, biting the air in front of him with a whisper
