Chapter 7

1 Week Later

Kelyn's POV

it's been exactly a week since the "incident", Kathryn has been at the hospital ever since, She must really care for Grayson i mean we all care that his at the hospital but Kathryn..She been there ever since that night.

She's only came home to shower and change and eat, she spends the night at the hospital with him.Ethan comes in time to time to check up on his brother with his girlfriend, Now that i think about it she's the girl who attended us when we first came to LA i remember Kathryn getting an attitude from her and snapping back it was hilarious may i say.

Mallory is currently in her room studying since classes started last week, she's been stressing herself out with the work the teachers are giving us. Im hoping to find her a tutor by today to help her out a bit.

All ive been doing is studying aswell im such a nerd cotdammit, Kathryn hasn't really been talking to us lately but i respect that, she deserves her own little time to chillout a bit.

Kathryn's POV

I was sitting down in the position lift chair the hospital room had, i was currently sleeping i've been told Grayson was in a comma for actually getting shot in several other places which i don't know how Ethan had not noticed.

"K-Kathryn" i hear a raspy voice stutter saying my name which is totally really not weird happening at a hospital in this case.

So i let it go..Not even 3 minutes later i hear it again. I slowly open my eyes revealing Grayson slowly  opening his eyes, i put my hand over my mouth in shock ive been scared as hell to loose him for the past week or so.

Were just friends though im just being here for him like a good Friend would do.

i go near the door and open it only to call for a doctor of course.

"DOCTOR! DOCTOR! A DOCTOR IS NEEDED IN ROOM 507 REALLY FAST!!"  i yell out the door.

One of the doctors came rushing in,"Hello im Doctor Neshawn Johnson what is the issue? " She questions.

"He has been in a coma for the past week and just now opened his eyes and said my name!" i respond struggling to swallow my saliva. she goes towards Grayson and checks his pulse and everything else doctors do basically.

"Okay so theirs good and bad news. The good news is that his no longer in a coma and he'll be able to be back home with you and his family in another 8 days. the bad news is his not fully recovered his going to have to go through the surgery room by tomorrow at 10 am sharp for him to be able to fully recover and heal the wounds, Because he is getting surgery there will be no hour visits available he will need as much rest as possible with you around he gets a bit tense he knows when you're here Ms.Nova" Neshawn says using her hands to explain everything.

My heart sanked as tears filled up my eyes but i felt too embarrassed to cry infront of people i dont know so i quickly turned around and wiped off my tears. "Pardon me and my nonsense i understand". I replied

She nodded and left the room, i went up to Grayson and held his  left hand as my thumb moves in circles near his thumb. "Everything will be fine i promise" or hoped so.

Kelyn's POV

its 10:00 Pm im sitting on the angolo 1 modern sectional with ottoman sofa in front of the Tv just staring down at my phone with no notifications whats so ever and still no response from Kathryn which by the way  i was used to it by now although i was kind of busy this whole day looking for a tutor to tutor Mallory if that makes any sense. i set my phone down on the couch and i layed down for awhile thinking about EVERYTHING ive gotten myself into.
