Bella P.O.V-

Alice jumped off of her bed and bounced enthusiastically over to her desk where there was a sparkly pink radio sitting on a shelf. She switched it on and turned the music up reasonably loud, loud enough that it hurt my sensitive ears, and walked over to me quickly, mouthing the words of the song that was playing and grabbed my hand before proceeding to pull me into the bathroom.

"Lets do our nails!" She yelled excitedly.

"Okay, what colour nail polish do you have?" I asked as we walked in to her bathroom to grab the nail polish.

"Oh, heaps. I am thinking that a pale blue might look good on you and maybe a red for Rosalie," Alice said as she grabbed a huge box out of one of her bathroom cupboards.

"Cool," I replied, following her back out of the bathroom.

We all went and sat on the bed and Alice opened the box to reveal heaps of different coloured nail polishes. WOW! I thought to myself as I sifted through the nail polishes. Alice looked through quickly and grabbed a beautiful pale blue colour which would look nice with my complexion.

Alice passed me the nail polish quickly, "Do you like that one?" She asked me curiously.

"Yeah, your right. I think it will look good with my colour skin too," I replied as I took it from her and studied it closely.

"Yeah, that is what I thought when I was going through them the other night," Alice said as she went back to the pile of nail polishes in front of her. She sifted through them quickly before making a victorious sound as she grabbed a nice rich bright red coloured nail polish and held it up near Rosalie, "I thought this one might look good on you Rosalie and I know how you like the colour red," Alice said.

Rosalie smiled, "I think so too," Rosalie said as she took it from Alice and unscrewed the cap and started painting her toe nails slowly, smiling happily as she hummed along with the song playing at the moment.

"Here, I will help you find a colour," I said as I started looking through the pile of nail polishes laying on the bed.

Alice smiled at me gratefully, "Thanks," She said as she sifted through the nail polishes with me.

Suddenly 'We Are Young' by 'FUN!' came on, "Ooh. I like this song," I said as I started to sing along to it.

A couple of seconds later Alice and Rosalie joined in and we sang together as Alice and I tried to find a nail polish that would suit her skin-tone and Rosalie painted her nails slowly. Rosalie finished one foot and moved onto the next slowly, just taking her time. I finally found a colour nail polish that I thought Alice might like so I held it up in front of her.

"Do you like this one?" I asked her curiously.

Alice's head snapped up in my direction and she stopped singing along to We Are Young as she faced me and looked at the nail polish in my hand, "Yeah. That one is nice and it is my favourite colour too," She said, quickly grabbing the pale pink nail polish from me.

I unscrewed the lid on my nail polish and started painting my toe nails like Rosalie was. As soon as I finished one foot, I stopped and leaned back a bit, admiring the nail polish and noticing that it did, indeed, match my pale skin colour. I smiled self-consciously and leaned back forward as I continued to paint my nails, slowly. Tonight was going to be fun, I thought to myself.
