Request: The reader hangs with Barbara and Tabitha in the Sirens and her ex girlfriend shows up saying that they made a mistake breaking up, the reader thinks otherwise and scares her off.(wow this prompt sucks but basically the reader being a badass and Barbara and Tabitha being impressed)
Over the last few months The Sirens had become a usual hang out spot for you.
You quickly made friends with Tabitha and Barbara who noticed the frequency of your visits and took a liking to you.
You knew the two of them had a reputation for being involved in some seedy business but you weren't quite aware of how rogue they really were.
To you they were just your drinking buddies who owned a club and gave you free drinks.
It was a regular Friday night in the crowded club as you sat next to Tabitha at the bar stand with Barbara behind the counter pouring you all drinks.
Next thing you know someone is tapping on your shoulder to get your attention.
"Yes," you said turning around to find a familiar face you were not expecting to see tonight.
Your ex-girlfriend who you had broken up with a week ago was standing there with her arms folded across her chest.
"Wow, a week and you're already moving on to some new bitch," she said glaring right at Tabitha.
"What are you even doing here?" you said annoyed.
"I figured you would be here tonight, I thought maybe us breaking up was a mistake and I would give you another chance but I guess I was wrong," she berated.
"Give me another chance? Ha, that's funny 'cause if I'm remembering correctly you were the one with all the problems or did you forget all those nights you spent not speaking to me because you were unjustifiably jealous of some other girl," you scolded, "or how about how controlling you were? How manipulative you were?"
She stood there speechless as you could see her tough persona starting to crack.
"Us breaking up was the best thing that could possibly happen to me so now if you would excuse me, I was actually enjoying this Friday night drinking with my friends before you so rudely interrupted," you said turning your back to her.
You heard her gasp out of embarrassment when she realized all of the surrounding people who had been watching the scene.
She stormed out of the club as you downed the rest of your drink.
"Color me impressed," Tabitha smirked.
"Yeah Y/N, I didn't know you had it in you to be that... brutal," Barbara commended pouring you another drink.
"Yeah well someone had to finally put her in her place," you chuckled.
Tabitha and Barbara looked to each other and smiled.
"You know Y/N, you should come by the club tomorrow morning. Tabitha and I have a little task at hand we could use some help with and I think you just might be the right girl for the job," Barbara devilishly grinned.
