Chapter 13

MARISA"S POV

I'm glad he bought my excuse. As I turn my head, I look through the hallway to see if anyone was there. All I could smell was the presence of another. I begin to growl. Why am I growling? Before you know it, you hear howling and growling and it's all coming from me. Next thing you know, I am attacking someone. It was wasn't just anyone, it was...........

Now I am in wolf form fighting another wolf. This wolf was white like snow with brown eyes. This wolf.... Had a familiar smell. Before I could bite the wolf, it beat me to it by biting me. Memories of when I was a baby went through my head

There were two babies in a crib. A boy and a girl. The girl looked like me but who is the little boy? Did I have a brother? A man dressed in black came into the room and took the little boy.

"Hey there Carter. I'm your new daddy." The man says with a grin

The baby in the man's hands began to cry. I began to cry too. I just realized, the other members of the wolf pack we are fighting with took my brother away. They kidnapped my brother. They raised him like their own.

I stopped fighting the wolf.

It stopped too but continued to growl. I looked at Austin. He just watched.

I looked at the wolf for a minute and realized that I have just met my brother after all these years. I also realized we have the same wolf features.

We both turned back into our human form.

This is my brother. He has brown hair like mine and brown eyes. I also realized, we look exactly like each other. We are twins.

"Carter?" I say

"How do you know my name?" He says coldly

"I'm your sister Don't you remember me?" I say

"No you aren't! I only have one sister! That's Taylor!" He yells at me

I look at Austin. His eyes go wide. Why?

"No she's not! I'm your sister! You were taken from us when you were little! They brainwashed you and treated you as their own when your not really their's! They took you!" I yell at him full of anger

"Shut up!" He says and throws his hands up in the air in frustration.

Before you know it, he is gone in a blink of an eye

I fall down and break down in tears. He doesn't believed me.

I feel strong arms wrap around me. It was Austin. All is did was place my head in the crook of his neck and cried. Maybe he wasn't my brother.
