Klaus to the side -->

Klaus was seething with rage as he stood outside of the Salvatore boarding house. He pushed the front door open with his strength and the door fell off its hinges.

Startled by the noise Caroline walked downstairs to see what it was. Caroline's eyes widened as she saw Klaus standing in the house with the door on the ground behind him. She could tell he was angry as his ears were a deep red colour.

"Where is Stefan!?" He yelled. His voice alone made Caroline take a cautious step back. She had no idea what to say.

"H-he- I-I.." She stammered. She looked around for help but they were all upstairs with Damon.

"Spit it out!" He glared hard at Caroline making her speechless.

She gasped as he walked past her, roughly shoving her aside with his shoulder. "Klaus!" She screamed in warning, hoping the others could hear her.

Klaus stopped in his steps and turned around to face Caroline. His glare never leaving his handsome face. He flashed in front of her, "I won't hurt you now Caroline, but when I find out what you have done with my sister, I will not hesitate to kill anyone involved." His voice hard and full of warning.

She merely nodded her head as he continued walking up the stairs, ignoring her frozen figure. He could hear all the noise coming from one room - Damon's room. With his harsh glare still plastered on his face, he walked into the room, silencing everyone. Stefan stood in front of Elena, in a defensive stance. She was beside Damon, who was on his bed. Bonnie stood by Jeremy and they all wore grim expressions.

Elena was first to talk. "K-Klaus," She pleaded with hesitation. She almost stopped herself before she made a fool of herself but with one glance at Damon, her confidence sparked. "We need your blood. Please, I'll do anything. I- I'll even hand over my blood to you, p-please Klaus." She sent him a hopeful look. "Please." She uttered her last words shakily. Her eyes unable to connect to his own.

He stared at Elena with disinterest. Ignoring her pleas, he focused his attention on Stefan. "What have you done with the coffin?"

Stefan smirked at Klaus. "Why don't you take a look?" He challenged. He walked past him and walked downstairs to the basement. Klaus had followed him down ignoring everyone in the room.

Stefan stood to the side, allowing Klaus to take a look. Klaus didn't spare a glance at Stefan as he walked past him to the coffin. He saw the dry blood over the ruby and quickly grabbed the lid and flipped it open. With a growl, he stared at the empty coffin. He spun around to face Stefan and his eyes flashed amber. Stefan's smirk fell off his face and a fearful expression replaced it.

"What have you done!" Klaus snarled, "Where is she!?" When Stefan didn't respond, he flashed to him and grabbed his throat. Klaus slammed him onto the wall and repeated the question in a venomous tone. "Where. Is. She?"

"She ran away," Stefan coughed out. "If I knew she was a Mikaelson, I would've never opened the coffin. I would've thrown the coffin into the ocean where you could never find her."

Klaus snarled at Stefan and slammed his head onto the wall extremely hard. Stefan fell to the floor with a groan. Klaus picked him up by the throat once again and threw him across the room. Stefan flew through the air. Klaus flashed in front of him and picked up at piece of wood from the floor. He pierced it through Stefan's stomach with extra force and Stefan gasped at the impact.

"If I find that you have done anything to harm her, I will end you painfully with no remorse." He hissed into Stefan's ear where he was certain Stefan could hear loud and clear. "And I do not care who touched her and who didn't. Anyone involved will be ended. Do you understand me?"

Stefan didn't nod. He just grunted at the pain. Klaus took another piece of wood and stabbed it half an inch away from his heart. He twisted it making Stefan hiss in pain. The wood had been pierced through Stefan's body and the tip of the wood stuck out from his back.

Klaus grabbed a hold of him and threw him against the wall once more. Satisfied, he walked off but not without glaring at Stefan with his amber eyes flashing in warning.

Caroline who was now upstairs heard the front door being thrown and she jumped at the loud sound. She sighed as she looked at Elena. She looked awful. Her eyes red from crying and her cheeks stained with tears.

Bonnie wrapped her arms around Elena and stroked her hair affectionately. "It'll be okay, Elena. Damon will be fine."

Elena nodded her head in agreement. Not that she agreed but because she didn't want to argue. She was physically and emotionally drained. "Thank you Bonnie." She murmured, eyes never leaving Damon's face.

Almost forgetting Stefan, Caroline gasped. "Stefan!" She said aloud. Elena didn't even look at her. She felt the need to look after Damon. After all, he was dying in the worst way imaginable.

Caroline shook her head angrily at Elena and walked out of the room. Bonnie glanced at Jeremy. "Go and help her Jer. She may be a vampire but she is a girl."

He nodded and walked to wherever Caroline was heading.

They came back with Stefan, who was struggling to keep his legs standing. As he entered the room, his body gave out and fell to the floor. Elena turned her head and gasped. "You- your stomach!" But she didn't rush over to him as she usually would. Instead, she gripped Damon's hand tightly.

Caroline stared at her in disbelief. "Glad to know you care Elena! He was stabbed multiple times by Klaus!"

Elena widened her eyes as Caroline accused her. "And I know that Caroline! I do care, of course I do! But Damon's dying. He's dying Caroline. He needs me."

"Stefan needs you too!" She argued.

"Care. Stop beating her up about it. Stefan will be fine. But we're not so sure about Damon." Bonnie spoke softly, try to sooth Caroline.

Caroline didn't respond. She just rolled her eyes at her best friends and turned towards Stefan. She took a hold on the stake near his heart and grabbed it out. He groaned but thanked Caroline.

"He's going to kill us all," She muttered to herself but they all heard. Even Elena. "And if he doesn't, she will."

Nobody said a word because it was the truth. They've seen Anastasia in action but something tells them that that was nothing compared to her full potential.
