Rebekah and Elijah on the side -->
Annastasia's POV
I walked the streets, with the cool wind behind me. My gold dress was no longer gold, as blood was splattered all over it. My hair was a mess and my hands were covered in blood. It wasn't a surprise to me that people had acknowledged me. People were staring with curiousity but nobody dared to stop and accuse me of murder. I was glad. I was full and I didn't want to go through the trouble of spilling blood. I wanted to have a bath, the blood was drying and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Besides the blood, my gold dress didn't seem to be in style. The women passing by wore short clothing and lots of colour, such as pink. I cringed when a girl who wore a very bright pink top walked passed.
The thought of my siblings entered my mind. Where are they? What are they doing? I carried my feet to a somewhat familiar looking building. It was called Mystic Grill and after cautiously glancing left and right, I entered the grill. As I walked in, a couple beside me gasped, staring at my hands with wide eyes filled with fear. Good. I fed on fear. I stared into their eyes and they sent each other a worried glance. I left my face emotionless and they started to choke on air. They clawed at the air, trying desperately to get a breath of oxygen. As I walked passed them, I sent them a chilling smirk. The type a vicious animal would send to their pray. People around us were panicking, watching with horror and fear. My face was once again clear from any emotion and I sat on a stool, watching the couple falling to their deaths.
As I made myself comfortable, I was surprised to see a blue eyed blonde staring at me. I tilted my head slightly, my grey eyes cautiously watching his every move. It was silent between us, with the both of us silently staring at each other. I decided to break the silence and spoke. "I'd like some water please."
His gorgeous blue eyes widened as he heard my voice. It was sweet, almost like sugar. It was soft and delicate but full of power and dominance. I had a British accent that was similar to my families.
I was expecting this waiter to collect my water but instead he didn't move. He spoke. "Are you a vampire?"
I gave him my signature chilling smile, already seeing the affect I had. His eyes were burning with curiousity, terror, caution and confidence. I liked that, a human facing me with confidence. Surely I wouldn't kill him. At least not yet.
"Why do you ask?" He looked terrified as my eyes travelled to his name badge on his shirt. Matt, it read. I glanced back at his face. His eyes were searching for any threat.
"There's blood all over you. You have a dangerous aura. And I know you killed that couple. How?"
I smirked, quite a smart human I must admit. "You are quite curious, are you not?"
He turned and walked off. I thought he was leaving without an answer but he returned with a jug of water and a glass. He filled it for me and set it in front of me. "It's impossible for you to be both a witch and a vampire."
I shook my head and barked a laugh. He look intimidated but I ignored it. "I am not a witch and a vampire."
"Then what are you?" He spoke, interest laced in his tone.
I contemplated on telling this human. I contrasted the pros with the cons and decided against it. Instead I changed the topic of discussion.
"Do you know who lives in that big house near the school?"
He gave me a shocked expression but nodded. "The Salvatore Boarding house? The Salvatore brothers."
"Hm..." I hummed with appreciation. I pushed my untouched glass of water back towards him and stood up.
"Thank you Matt. Keep yourself safe, I'd hate if something happened to you." I said with a suggestive tone. He knew what I was suggesting as his eyes went wide with panic and quickly nodded. I gave him a slight wave and walked off, summoning the doors to open and close with my mind.
As soon as I stepped outside of the grill, the cold surrounded me. But with a thought in my mind, my body was heated with warmth as I felt a flame light up in my frozen veins. For a few seconds, my veins were bright with a dark red colour but disappeared as fast as it appeared.
I walked down the street, as I took a look at my surroundings. It wasn't day time anymore but it wasn't night either. I wondered about my siblings. Kol, Elijah, Finn, Rebekah and my twin brother. Where was he when I awoke? The promise he gave me was not fulfilled and with that thought, I felt angry. With each step, my anger increased, thinking of my family. Where are they? Don't they know I'm awake? Where is Nik? With every step I took, the pathway beside me was suddenly in flames.
I don't know where I was walking towards but a few moments later, I halted to a sudden stop. I looked up and realised I was facing a beautiful cream coloured mansion. Intrigued, I walked to the front door. I was deciding whether to open the door with force or to knock on the door. The decision was made for me as it suddenly opened with a very angry looking man staring at me. His anger slowly faded as he realised who I was. I stared at him and my eyes widened when I saw his face clearly.
"Sasia!" He spoke in disbelief. "Y-you are here?"
"Elijah!" I was surprised to see him. I rushed to him and gripped him in a big hug. I missed my eldest and wisest brother.
He breathed in my scent which unfortunately was masked with the scent of blood and we broke apart. "H-how?"
"I was awoken by the Salvatore brothers and his friends. A pity, really." I responded with a cheeky grin.
He's smile widened and he kissed my forehead. "I've missed you sister. It was never the same without you."
"Elijah, what are you still doing here? I thought you were having a fit and storming out. Brother, sometimes- Sasia?"
My youngest sibling stopped her rambling and her mouth fell open. "B-but, w-what, I-I, w-who?"
I laughed at Rebekah and hugged her tightly. "I've missed you sister."
I took a step back and the three of us silently stared at each other with grins.
I opened my mouth to speak but was interrupted by the one and only.
"Rebekah, I truly hope you did not harm our brother." He spoke with amusement as he walked towards us. He came to a stop when he saw me and he froze.
"A-Anne?"
