Annastasia on the side -->

Annastasia's POV

"A-Anne, I-I-" He was speechless. He didn't know what to say as his mouth opened and closed, nothing but silence escaping.

I narrowed my eyes at my brother. "Don't you dare, Niklaus. I waited for you to open it. WHY DIDN'T YOU OPEN IT!" My eyes flashed flashed violet as I glared at my twin brother. He gulped as he looked like I had slapped him. His magnificent blue eyes looked down and I almost submitted. But I stood strong and continued to glare.

"They took the coffin! I-I tried to get it back! I was close to getting it but they figured how to open it!" He desperately tried to explain. "I-I, Anne, please, I-"

I interrupted him as my anger only increased. "My dear brother, who has calls himself the big bad hybrid cannot succeed in taking back what is his!" I sped to him and threw him outside. "How exactly did these pathetic, 100 year old vampires beat you? Tell me brother!"

"Stasia, calm down please." Elijah told me as he looked into my cold, flashing violet eyes. My head snapped to his direction as I growled at him.

"Stay out of this Elijah. This is between Niklaus and I." He looked taken aback as I called my twin Niklaus. They knew I was furious. I never called him Niklaus.

"Leave Elijah. Take Rebekah. This is between Anne and I." My brother nodded at him. With a worried glance, they blurred away.

I focoused my attention towards Niklaus. "You promised me Nik!" I yelled, "You broke your promise!" I sped to the gates outside the house and ripped off anything that'd be useful to me. I took the stake I created and aimed it at him. It hit his left shoulder and I turned it into fire, increasing his pain.

"Anne, stop! I didn't- stop!" My brother cried in agony as the flame turned purple. I knew I'd regret this later on but I held onto my anger.

"You know how important it was to me Nik! You- you, how could you?" The flame went out and I fell to the floor in pain and regret. He flashed to me and sat beside me, looking pained.

"I'm sorry Anne. I let my pride get the best of me. I won't break anymore promises, please Anne. Stop crying." I looked up and touched my cheek, not realising tears were falling. I wrapped my arms around him and continued sobbing.

"I still remember him Nik. I can't get him out. It's too hard." He kissed my forehead and wiped a tear with his thumb.

"I know. It will be okay sister."  He reasurred me. I nodded my head, although I didn't agree with him.

"I sure hope so Nik," I looked up at him. "I'm sorry."

"It's only a little blood." He gave me a wink. "I've been through much more."

"I love you brother." I grinned. It was impossible for me to stay mad at him.

"I love you sister."
