Waking up the next morning I just sat there laying in the bed thinking about last night. I would have never thought I would have had as much fun as I did. I've started to feel like nothing could go wrong.
I'm still going to take things slow because I'm very skeptical about things after my past. I started to get out of bed to go prepare for my day and as soon as I got up I looked over at my phone and James was calling me.
"Hello" I answered the phone.
"Good Morning beautiful" he responded.
"Good Morning" I said blushing hard as hell.
"I just wanted to call you and let you know that I had a great time with you last night"
"I had a great time as well"
(I had more than a great time honestly I just had to play it off for now)
"I was wondering when would be a good time for you to go out with me again?"
"I'm free tomorrow if that's fine with you"
"That's great so I'll pick you up at 8"
"I'll be ready"
"Alright beautiful I'll see you then"
One night with James and he made me feel like I was worth something again. Let me get my day started though I planned on going to see my mother today.

Later That Day
"Hey mom" I said walking into the kitchen where she was cooking.
"Hey baby, how you been and who done had your attention because you haven't been here in a while"m and not to mention you have a glow & you getting fat".
(I swear this woman knows everything It hasn't even been that long since I was last over here)
"Mom why do you assume I'm seeing somebody just because I haven't came by here in a couple weeks. I figured you and dad have your things to do so I try to busy myself with mines and are you calling me fat"
"Girl if you don't shut up I know you and you're usually always over here when you not with Bri so go ahead and tell me. You forgot I did give birth to you and raise you and not fat I just noticed you put on a little weight".
"How could I possibly forget? You practically remind me every day and I really haven't even noticed".
"Do not get smart with me Li girl just because you grown don't mean you too old for a whoopin".
"Alright Ma I'm done playing I'll see you tomorrow maybe. Love you"
"Ok baby love you too"
Leaving my moms house I sat in the car finding a song to listen to and thinking about what I was going to do next.
I couldn't think of anything else but I thought about what Bri told me so I decided on a pop up. That's my bestfriend and she clearly knew that it would happen when she gave me a key.
When I got to Bri house I just let myself in I saw her car in the driveway and knew she was home so I know she will be happy to see me.
"Bri where you at"?
"I'm upstairs in the nursery"
(They had been setting up their nursery for the baby and I was going to be planning the baby shower)

"Heyyyyy look at youuu oh my gosh you're glowinggg".
"Whatttt my mom said the same thing earlier but I'm not I'm just happy."
"Girl something done got into you and I'm not talking about no Holy Spirit"
"Bihhh what the hell"
"Lol but forreal man what you been up to? Are you ready to be a God Motherrr"?
"I was born ready bestfriend I swear I was so happy when you told me you was pregnant".
"Awee bestfriend stop you gone make me cry"
"I'm already crying I'm just so happy for you".
"Thank you bestfriend I love youu"
"You don't have to thank me bestfriend you already knew how I was feeling about the situation then you got the perfect Li shape and don't even look pregnant because you're so small".
"Girl no I'm fat as hell I feel bloated all the time".
"That's part of being pregnant but you definitely aren't fat".
"Thank you but you don't have to try to spare my feelings I know".
"Whatever guhh but I know your man about to get off so I'm gone go ahead & head home".
"Alright boo be careful its raining hard outside".
"I will babe I'll call you when I make it home".
"Ok boo love you, bye".
"Bye"
I stopped at the store before I made my way home and as soon as I unlocked my door I turned around and James was standing on my steps.

Hey guyssss I know it has been a long time but school has had me extremely busy I've been having Midterms and I've been so busy and stressed out from work and studying and just classes anyway but I'm sorry it took me so long to update I still love you guyss for sticking with me through all of this.
