Marshall's POV
What I saw was Gumball shirtless, or with what left of his shirt, and up against a tree. He had many deep cuts going up and down his torso. Their were many tears falling down his now pale face. His breathing was shallow and his once bright blue eyes were now a dull gray color.
At that moment I knew he wouldn't make it to the hospital even if I flew him their. Their were two options he had.
"Gumball, can you hear me?" I asked. His response was a quiet whimper. I smiled and a tear went down my own face. I grabbed his hand and slowly stroked it with my thumb. "Gummy, you have two options here. One, you slowly die in pain and agony, or I...." I hesitated, knowing what I'm about to say will change him forever "Or...I change you into a vampire." his response surprised me.
