Chapter Twenty-Three

Gumball's POV

After getting ready for the day, the couple made an announcement that they were home. The candy people had been worried sick about their prince after his disappearance came out. Some blamed Marshall, while others blamed the Ice Queen, and some even blamed Fionna. Riots had been going on, and it had made Pepper's sanity decrease drastically.

But now everything has calmed down, and the Candy Kingdom has finally been a happy place again. And now I can finally work on my priorities again. I walked into my now dusty lab, and started to clean it up. Marshall had left, saying he had to talk to someone, but it wouldn't take too long. I dusted the counters, made sure my chemicals were in the right places, and cleared my white boards.

I've decided to copying all the formulas down on paper, for future reference. I went over Science's cage. Pepper had been feeding and cleaning her cage this whole time, thank Glob. I took her out and brought her over to the white boards. "Okay Science, today we have to make a formula to help flame and Aqua, so they can touch each other. Now how in Globs name am I gonna do that!" Science just squealed in response. I sighed. This is gonna be a long day.

Marshall's POV

Well, today's my day to do whatever I want. I haven't had a day like this in a looong time. And I know what I gonna do. I hope he's ready for it too.

Everything perfect, even if I spent my whole day off get everything ready. It'll be worth it.

I've been sick, had too much homework, sleeping/eating, going to school, watching youtube, and being flat out lazy. I haven't been updating because I've been thinking up a huge ass fanfic that will be for adventure time, not just one ship. So yeah, right after this I'll get to work on the next chapter. Goodbye!
