Chapter 38: Please Stop.

"Omg Chlo, answer me" I was calling Chloe while I was loitering in the bathroom with Brittney.

"She won't pick up" I groaned in frustration.

She is totally missing out from what Brittney has. She heard about this thing that happened last night. The source was like, so unkown. It's totally mysterious.

She just had this like, super duper anonymous call from a guy??? Or was it a gir??? I don't really know. I swear I know it though, Britt is like my closest friend.

"So what happened exactly?" I asked Britt. Sure, I said I knew what happened- and I swear I do- I just didn't really quite understand.

"Okay so here's what happened; so last night someone called me right?-"

"Right"

"-okay so, you know how I said that Star Loserfly or whatever and Nachos Diaz or something had like, this huge fight right?-"

"Yeah"

"Okay so that's not all, I heard that they fought because Star was totes jealous that Marco and Jackie are definately dating"

"Omg.. you're serious right?" I asked her, in total confusion

"Yeah" I dropped my phone as soon as she spoke.

"THAT CAN'T BE!" I was  S H O O K .

"Um.. why not?" This asian Britt spoke in defense.

"Only because Star and Marco are dating!" I shook her.

"STARCO IS CANON AND NOTHING SHOULD GET IN THE WAY OF THAT SHIPPING" I shouted.

"BUT THE RUMOR!-"

"IT'S JUST A RUMOR BRITTNEY!" I shouted.

"Ugh! Jenna stop s-shAKING ME!-"

We went silent..

A cubicle door opened.

We could only look at her.

Did she hear everything?!

omg she's so calm.

Doesn't she care that we were gossiping about her?!

Wow she's really chill about this.

"I suggest you both should mind your own businesses.. please, stop. Spreading false rumors is not a good thing to do. Well.. as expected, you girls would do just that" she just... smiled at us.

Took her a while to leave.

"Oh.. my God.." I looked at Brittney who was in a state of shock.

"What just happened?" I let go of Britt.

"I have no idea"

"Ugh what's this feeling in my gut"

"Is it guilt?"

"Yeah I think that's what you call it"

Silence

"Who cares?! Like hell we're going to do what she said. We are totally spreading the word" I heard my friend say as she stormed out of the restroom.

"B-brittney! Wait up!" I grabbed my phone and ran after her.

The girls sat in their own table. Gossiping and talking like always.

The blonde spoke;

"I-I don't know Brittney, what if we get in trouble for this?"

"Oh come on Brooke, who cares? This is juicy news, we have to spread the word" Chloe said.

Heather, already making a tweet about it, ignored the girls while eating a salad.

"I am so going to make a tweet abou-"

"Already did" Heather interrupted Jenna.

"Ugh you sly fox, I was going to do it first" she scoffed at the girl beside her.

"Marco and Jackie huh... I never saw that-" Chloe started, before being interrupted by Brittney.

"That's because there's this rumor that Star and Nacho boy are dating"

"Wait, didn't he like, serenade her one time during lunch, and kissed her?"

"They kissed?"

"Omg did they really?"

"Yeah??? Or.. wait..."

"That could only mean they're probably dating and Marco's a cheater?" Heather spoke.

"Oh my God, shut up Heather"

"Sorry Chloe"

"This thing is like super complicated"

"Yeah I know right?"

"I bet Marco is gay"

"Um, not even close?"

"Yeah, just... stop talking Heather"

"Oka-"

RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGGG

They stood out of their chairs, said they're goodbyes, and went to class.

The day went on with their routine.
