' I- ' I was about to say something- i honestly don't know what, but was cut off by Guanlin.
' You don't have to say anything. I wasn't asking a question, I was making a statement.' Guanlin said to me, smiling.
' You guys can come back into class now. My class is over. Get ready for your next class, remember to finish your work next time.' It was Teacher Kim. She was standing beside us. I didn't even realise.
' Yes, Teacher.' Me and Guanlin replied at the same time.
Guanlin then walked back into class.
' I like you too, Guanlin.' I said to nobody, sighing. Guanlin had went in already. After that, i went back into class too.
[ GuanLin's POV ]
So... i just confessed to Jieun !!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her not to say anything because i was afraid of her answer. I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me back.

[ Jieun's POV ]
So we went back to class and sat down at our seats. It was a little awkward. We tried to avoid eye contact.
Suddenly, I felt someone nudge my shoulder from behind. I turned around, it was Daniel.
' Hey, how do you solve this ques- Woah. Why is your face so red?' Daniel asked me.
' H-huh? W-what? Its red?!' I consciously touched my face.
' Yeah, you look like a tomato..............' Daniel teased me.
' ....... cute.' Daniel mumbled.
' What? What did you say?' I couldn't really hear the last part.
' It's nothing. I was just talking to myself.' He shrugged.
[ Guanlin's POV ]
Jieun and Daniel have been talking for way too long. Is she trying to avoid me ?
Time to cut in.
' Tomatoes? I like tomatoes.' I cut in their conversation.
' Oh hey. I hate tomatoes.' Daniel made a disgusted face.
' I hate tomatoes too! They have this really weird taste. Ugh, disgusting.' Jieun agreed with Daniel.
' Yeah, i know right!' Daniel said to Jieun, grinning.
And soon they started to discuss their hate for tomatoes. I was beginning to feel a little left out in this conversation. 🙃 And also jealous. Why does Jieun and Daniel have so much to talk about?
After awhile, Teacher Lee finally came and started to teach. So Jieun had to stop her lovey dovey conversation about tomatoes with Daniel.
We just sat there quietly. It was awkward. We usually talk and bicker a lot.
' Hey, let's not do this. I can't stand this awkwardness.'
'From now on, I'm just going to do what i want to do, and you can do what you want to do too. '
I decided to break the awkwardness between us.
' But there's just this one little thing I want you to know. It's that-'
' I hope this won't affect our friendship. I really treasure our friendship, even though i don't show it. And i don't ever want it to change.' I said to Jieun.
' You're such an idiot, Guanlin. I would never let anything in the world change our friendship. Thanks for being my friend, really. ' Jieun said to me, smiling.
Jieun, why are you doing this to my heart?
