' Ughh, i'm so tired.' Guanlin groaned beside me. Then he fell asleep. I just looked at him and went back to focus on my work .
It was the next day, at school. It was maths class, me and Guanlin's least favourite subject.
' Psst.. hey ' someone whispered from behind. I turned around. It was Daniel.
' Oh hey, whats up?' i asked him.
' Hey, so i got two free tickets for the new show ' Produce 101' and i dont know who to bring with me. Would you like to come ?' He asked me.
' Well, okay.' i replied him, without thinking properly.
' Thanks. I'll pick you up at your hse this Saturday at 9am then . See ya.' then Daniel walked off. Class ended already.
This Saturday? 9 am?? How does he even know where i live? It sounds so familiar. Wait. I promised to go to the new amusement park with Guanlin!! Oh crap.. what do i do!!
I should tell Daniel, right? But i feel so bad. And he walked off already. And it's Friday!! And i don't have his number. How am i supposed to tell him? Oh my god, why did i get myself in this mess?!
' Hey, whats with that look on your face?' Guanlin asked me. ' You look so worried. What's wrong?'
' Well, nothing. Its just...' and i told him everything that happened.
' He asked you out? Wth? Just stand him up.' he said to me.
' I can't! That's so mean! Don't you have his number? I'll call him and let him know.' i said.
'Ugh, fine.' He said to me and gave me Daniel's number.
*beep beep*
' Oh hey, Daniel. Its me, Jieun.' i said to the phone.
' Hey, whats up?' he asked me.
' Well, its just.. i can't go to the movies with you tomorrow. Im really sorry.' i said to Daniel.
' Wait , why though ?' he asked.
Guanlin snatched my phone away.
' Because she's going out with me.' he said to Daniel. And then ended the call.
'HEY! what was that?! ' i asked him, furious.
' I was just trying to help, you seemed really nervous.' He said to me , shrugging.
' This guy is so annoying, i swear to god.' i muttered to myself.
' What? What did you say? This guy is so cool? Aw thanks.' he said to me.
' Ugh, shut up.' i replied.
Soon, we reached my house. These days we've been walking home together almost everyday. His house is very close to mine and he has to pass by anyways, thats why.
' Bye!' i said to Guanlin.
' Bye, droolface. Remember tomorrow, 9am!! If you're late, you have to grant me a wish. See you.' he said to me smiling. And walked off once he saw me walk inside.
And i went to sleep with a good dream, not knowing the disaster that was gonna come.
*Ding dong*
' I'm coming! I'm coming !' i yelled. It was the next morning and Guanlin was at the door. I was wearing a white crop top and black ripped shorts, and converse to end the look. I grabbed my bag and walked out the door.
' Hey, you're late! It's 9:35am already. Now you have to grant me a wish! ' He said to me, smirking.
' Hey! I woke up late okay. Im-' I didn't get to finish my sentence because, somebody appeared.
It was Kang Daniel.
' Hey guys!' He greeted me and Guanlin.
' What are you doing here?' Guanlin asked him, quite rudely. I glared at him.
' Well, i gave the movie tickets to someone else. And i have nothing to do today so, can i join you guys?' he asked.
' No, go away.' Guanlin replied.
' Jieun, do you mind? ' Daniel asked me.
Crap, what do i do?
