[ Jieun's POV ]

        ' But i can't do that as just friends.'

         Wait... what?

         ' Just look at your face ! Haha i was just joking, Jieun. Why is your face so red though?' Guanlin said to me, grinning.

        Oh. It was just a joke. A joke that made my heart flutter. A joke that made my heart beat ten times faster. But Guanlin doesn't have to know that.

        But also, thank god it was just a joke. I wouldn't have known how to react and things would've become awkward.

        ' Oh a joke hahahah. We're best friends anyways. Wait what my face is red? Uhh I guess its just the sun.' I replied Guanlin, laughing halfheartedly.

       Am i just a joke to him?

[ Guanlin's POV ]

       Woah, that was close.

       Ugh. I need to stop blurting out things whenever I want to. That would've turned awkward if i didn't lie and say that it was just a joke.

       And then lessons continued as usual. Finally, it was lunch break.

[ Jieun's POV ]

Ahh finally. Lunch time ! Me and Rosé then walked to the cafeteria together.

' Hey, what was that before?' Rosé asked me, giving me that 😏 look.

' W-what do you mean?' I replied her.

' Just now in class, when Guanlin and Daniel were fighting to be your partner? Hmm.. that was interesting.' Rosé said to me, smirking.

' T-that was.. nothing! And they weren't fighting to be my partner, they just didn't have anyone else to partner up with. That's all. ' I said to Rosé.

' Sure, whatever you say.' Rosé said to me, smiling. ' But from my point of view, it seems like you have two secret-not so secret admirers.'

' What? Secret admirers? NO, Rosé. We're all just good friends !! Can we not talk about this?' I said to Rosé, frustrated and confused.

' Okay, okay. I'm sorry. Let's go get our food. ' Rosé said to me, smiling apologetically. I smiled back.

After getting our food, we sat down at our usual table. The guys were already there. So was Jisoo, Jennie and Lisa.

[ nobody's POV ]

' So it was true about that field trip.' Minhyun said.

' I think it's going to be really fun.' Daniel said, smiling.

' Yep!!' Seungwoo said. He always agrees with Daniel.

' So.... Seungwoo. You could take this field trip as a chance to finally confess to her .' Jaehwan said to Seungwoo, smirking.

'W- what.. no way.' Seungwoo said, and started to blush.

' Wait... did i miss something? Does Seungwoo have a crush on somebody?' Jieun asked.

Everybody turned to Seungwoo to check if he's okay with letting me know. He nodded.

' Well, so... there's this girl in class 4c. Her name's Dellin. And Seungwoo have been crushing on her for like, forever. Yet he still doesn't have balls to confess to her.' Jisung said, laughing.

' Hey! Its not that. Its just.. i'm waiting for the right time, okay.' Seungwoo fought back, embarrassed.

' Okay, okay.' the whole table said at the same time, laughing.

But Guanlin and Daniel only had eyes for one particular smile.

Who else would it be?

Oh ..surprise, it's Jieun.

I guess Seungwoo isn't the only one with a crush.
