We were having PE class. We were playing dodgeball. Many people had already been eliminated.
The only people from our team that were left were me, Guanlin, Daniel. The other team still had more people left. We were doomed.
Suddenly, the ball came flying to my face. I just froze and stood there. I closed my eyes in fear, waiting to feel the ball hit my face. But it didn't. I opened my eyes and saw Guanlin.
' Woah Guanlin! You have such fast hands!' Joo Bok- my classmate said.
Oh, so it was Guanlin that blocked the ball and saved me from getting my face smashed.
It made my heart flutter.... a little.
I walked up shyly to Guanlin and said ' Thanks for that, Guanlin.'
' Well, now you owe me one.' He smirked.
[ Daniel's POV ]
I was. just. one. step. behind. Guanlin. He was faster than me when he blocked the ball, just like how he was faster than me in capturing Jieun's heart. :-)
* school bell rings *
' Class is over. You guys can go back to class now.' Coach Samurai said.
And so we all changed into some clean clothes and went back to class.
' Well, you were a little late, Daniel. Just a little.' Guanlin said to me, smirking.
I just fake smiled at him, and sat down at my seat. I didn't have the energy to bicker with him.
And the lessons went on, as usual.
* bell rings again * * lunch break *
Finally it was lunch break. I walked over to class 4B to meet the rest of the gang ( wanna one ) for lunch.
' Hey man.I'm so hungry ' Woojin said to me.
' Same here.' i replied Woojin, smiling.
We finally reached the cafeteria and lined up to get our food. After that, we walked to our usual table. and sat down. With Rosé and the others. ( a/n: rmb they were in the first few chapters ? i forgot about them halfway so im trying to bring them back in 😧)
' Wassup girls.' We greeted them and started to eat. Jieun is now a part of them already. The five of them- Jieun, Rosé, Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo.
' Hey guys :)' they greeted us too.
We usually don't talk much while we eat. We only talk alot and gossip after we finish our food.
' Hey, did you hear? We're going to have a field trip.' Jisung told us.
' Really? Who told you?' Seungwoo asked.
' I heard from Moo Bin. You know, he's the principal's son. So its most probably true.' Jisung replied.
' Ahh.. well, it'll be fun.' Seungwoo said, smiling.
A field trip? Mm, sounds nice. Hopefully I'll finally get some fresh air.
I looked at Jieun, she looked like she would like a field trip too. I smiled to myself. This is going to be fun.
[ Jieun's POV ]
A field trip? That would be fun. I've never had one before.
* lunch break ends *
' Bye guys, see you later!' We parted ways since we were all from different classes. Me, Guanlin and Daniel walked back to class together.
Teacher Kim was already in class. We sat down at our seats.
' So class, i have some announcements.' Teacher Kim said to us. ' We'll be having a field trip!' she said.
' Woohoo!' the noisy gang in the class shouted. ' Where are we going?' Somebody asked.
' We'll be going to Dreamland Forest. We'll be going on the 11th of September, 2 weeks from now. Pass around these forms. Fill it up and get your parents signature. Pass it up to me by the end of this week.' She said, not leaving a single detail out.

' Oh and one more thing. You'll be doing activities as pairs. So pair yourselves up before i get back to class. You have 5 minutes.' Teacher Kim said, and left the class.
Pair? Who should i do it with? My mind immediately thought of Rosé.
I was about to walk to ask Rosé about it but just as i stood up, i saw two faces looking back at me, blocking my way.
Who else would it be?
' Hey, be my partner.' Guanlin said.
' Jieun, be my partner. We'll have lots of fun.' Daniel said to me, smiling.
Crap.
