' Um, guys? Maybe you can continue this staring competition later? We're almost late to class.' i said to the both of them.
' Oh.. okay.' Daniel and Guan Lin replied at the same time. Then we walked to class. It was a little awkward. Im not sure why though, its not usually like this.
[ Guan Lin's POV ]
Ugh, Kang Daniel. Did you just try to ask her on a date?
No freaking way. She's mine.
[ Daniel's POV ]
What the heck was that, just now? Did Guan Lin just try to get between me and Jieun?
I mean, I already told him that i liked Jieun. So why is he acting this way ?
Wait.... no, no it can't be. Does Guan Lin like Jieun too ?
No way. I'm definitely going to confront him about this.
[ Jieun's POV ]
* Bell ringing *
' That's all for today, class.' Teacher Kim dismissed the class. Finally, it was the end of school.
Oh yeah, i promised to go to the convenient store with Daniel.
But what was that in the morning? I pushed that thought out of my head as i felt someone tap my shoulder.
' Hey.' It was Daniel.
' Oh hey, let's go!' i replied him. Guan Lin was also standing behind me, waiting.
' Oh about that. Erm, Jieun. I'm afraid i can't go to the convenience store with you today. And i was the one who asked you. Im so sorry. There's just something i need to do. Oh and Guan Lin, i need to talk to you.' Daniel apologised to me and looked at Guan Lin
' Oh, its okay! We can go next time.' I replied him, smiling.
' I'll treat you to good food for dinner instead, next time. Sorry again!' Daniel apologised again.
' Its fine. I gotta go. See you tomorrow!' I greeted him goodbye.
' Bye!' he smiled. That cute smile though.
[ Daniel's POV ]
I felt bad. But i had to do it. I needed to talk to Guan Lin, as soon as possible.
Now it was only me and Guan Lin in the class.
' What?' Guan Lin asked me. ' What was so important that you canceled your date for?'
' You.' i replied. ' Do you like Jieun?'
[ Guan Lin's POV ]
This time, I decided. No more secrets.
' Yeah. I do.' i replied Daniel.
' I like her, alot.'
' And yes. I know you like her too.'
' But this is going to be war.'
