a year and a few months later
"jungkook-ah! could you run the water? i'm going to try and catch bob!" taehyung yelled from inside their bathroom. bob is their cat they have together. they live with each other also, after jungkook ran away from home and used his fathers money that was for him on his will to rent out a small apartment for him and tae. it was easy for taehyung to convince his parents to let him live with jungkook, but they allowed him since they know how much he loves and cares for the boy, so they will do anything so that their son is happy.
and now they're currently trying to give their cat bob, a bath. jungkook was trying to make an amercian pudding dessert, but bob jumped on the counter and knocked the bowl down and he fell with it, and the pudding got all over him. and since they never bathed him before, they're kind of wondering on how this is going to work out.
"yeah!" jungkook hollered back. taehyung got up from leaning over the bathtub and exited the bathroom, and began to look for bob. he smiled at jungkook when they passed each other. jungkook was finally, talking. it's kind of difficult to, since he missed out on so many years of speaking, so he forms his sentences a bit slowly and doesn't know how to pronounce a lot of words.
"bob~" taehyung called, walking slowly and quietly. he saw there were tiny pink paw prints leading to behind the couch in the lounge. he grinned at the cute paw prints, and took his phone out and took multiple pictures of it. he then began to follow the prints and smiled widely when he found bob behind the couch.
bob is a light grey persian cat. jungkook and taehyung found him in a box one day outside when they were walking back from a date, so they decided to take him home. they brought him to the vet to make sure he was okay and vaccinated, then bought him so many toys and items.
he's a few years old, but he's calm and very sweet and loving. he loves to cuddle and will always try to get either boys' attention all the time. his favorite toy is a small ryan plushy and sleeps with it every night.
taehyung picked bob up carefully and walked quickly to the bathroom. he closed the door behind him and sat on his knees next to jungkook, leaning over the bathtub. it was less than halfway filled up with warm water. taehyung placed bob in the water slowly, and him and jungkook shared looks after bob didn't jump out.
taehyung smiled and raised his fists in the air, "haha! victory!~" jungkook looked at his boyfriend and happily smiled.
"so should we clean him like this or should we get in with him?" jungkook asked. taehyung looked at bob then back at jungkook, and grinned. the bathtub was a bit large so both of them could easily fit on each side.
they both stood up quickly, stripped their clothes down to their boxers, and climbed into the bath with their cat. jungkook filled a small cup with water and slowly poured it on their cat, and taehyung wiped away the pudding and water mixture from his fur. taehyung smiled and jungkook kept pouring water on bob and taehyung poured cat soap in his hand and rubbed his hands together and began to run his fingers through bob's fur.
jungkook heard bob purring and started laughing, and taehyung splashed water at jungkook and giggled. bob looked at taehyung. the older kept rubbing the soap in bob's fur, then jungkook poured water on him again and began to clean the soap out.
after the soap seemed to be gone, they both made sure it was completely gone because they didn't want bob to get sick. taehyung smiled and picked up bob, and hugged him.
"aww~ bob you are so cute~ you did so good in your bath~" taehyung cooed, patting bob's head. the younger smiled and sneakily grabbed his phone, and began taking pictures of taehyung with bob.
once taehyung noticed he blushed and started posing with bob, making jungkook laugh out loud. they then decided to take pictures together, and one of both of their favorites was one of them kissing each others lips while bob was in their laps and was looking up at them.
later that night jungkook and taehyung both changed their lock screens to that picture. it was late now, and both of them were laying together in bed, with bob on the other side of taehyung. the room was dark and the windows were open, a slight breeze drifting through the window.
jungkook and taehyung were both looking at each other silently, taking in each others presence and admiring each others beauty. the brunette reached his hand out and stroked the younger's cheek, and rested his hand there. jungkook smiled slightly and closed his eyes.
"i'm so glad i met you." taehyung said quietly. he really was. he was so glad that he saw jungkook at burger king, and he was really glad that they ended up going to the same school together. the other boy made him so happy, and he knew jungkook knows that.
jungkook blushed, but since it was a bit dark taehyung couldn't see it. "i'm so glad i met you too." he replied, opening his eyes so he could kind of see his boyfriends beautiful face. the moonlight was shining over his face, so he could kind of see him.
there was a small silence between them, but jungkook broke it with a sigh, of happiness. "i really love you. so much." he said. taehyung bit the inside of his cheek and rubbed on the others skin again.
"i love you so much more, baby." he replied, and leaned in and kissed his lips softly. jungkook began blushing again and moved his lips along with taehyung. they separated and jungkook lied in the older's arms, and closed his eyes and drifted to sleep. taehyung pressed a kiss to jungkook's head and ran his fingers through his black locks.
"sleep well, jungkook baby."

i was going to make this the last chapter and then an epilogue, but i just decided to make this the last chapter and epilogue if that make sense. it doesn't work like that but idc lol.
