Chapter 4

As soon as I got home I took off the shorts upstairs, and changed into my skirt again. I the went to give them back to Emma. I checked in Luke's room, and they were having sex.

"Oh My Gosh, erm, sorry! " I shut the door quickly, but throwing the shorts in.

"...that bitch..." I heard Emma whisper.

I walked to Jai's room, but he wasn't in there. Instead, there was a boy about my age, with dark brown hair playing Fifa. Once he noticed me he stopped for a moment.

"Oh hey? You're Camryn?" I nodded, giving a slightly confused look.

"Oh, i'm Zeke, Jai said he was going out to look for you. I'm one of his friends." The way he looked. The way he talked. (American) Perfect.

"Oh, nice to meet you. Well I'll try to phone Jai. Be right back." He smiled, continuing his game.

It rang for a couple seconds.

"H-hello? Camryn? Where are you?" Jai's voice shaking.

"I'm outside your room. I've met your friend Zeke, he was pretty cute and...-"

"Camryn don't run off again like that! You had me worried sick!"

"Sorry, but you didn't have to come after me like that. We're not even dating."

....... He hung up. That cunt.

"Jai's coming." I told Zeke.

"Cool. Hey, um can I ask you a question?" He asked.

"Shoot." We both sat down on the bed.

"Okay, so I don't mean to be rude or anything but what type of cancer did you have?" I sighed.

"Leukemia." I looked down.

"You're so strong. My mom passed last summer. She had lung cancer." I looked up.

"I'm so sorry." He looked into my eyes. His bright blue eyes. (picture to the right)

"Don't worry, I have my dad and my aunt. And now I have you." I blushed. He was adorable. I cried. I couldn't help it.

"W-what's wrong? W-was it something that I said?" He looked upset.

"No, no!" I giggled. "It's just, my recent boyfriend used to say stuff like that. I-I miss him." He hugged me.

Jai came bursting through the main door. He ran upstairs and pulled me off of Zeke. He pinned me to the wall.

"Don't you ever do that again! I love you so so so much. You don't FUCKING UNDERSTAND CAMRYN! I LOVE YOU!" He realized what he said and let me go. I fell into Zeke's arms. Jai ran to Luke's room crying. By now Emma left to go home since it was now pretty late. Almost everyone left.

"He over-reacted, it's okay." I cried even more as Zeke tried to calm me down."

"I can't take all of this. I want to go back to Arizona." 
"Camryn, if you really want to, i'm not stopping you or anything, but why don't you go hang with the other boys?" He was right. 

"Okay, I-I guess I-I'll try that." He smiled. He started playing xbox again. I was about to take the first step on downstairs when Luke stopped me. 

"Camryn," How about 'Cam'? "Jai's hurt. He's sorry but hurt. He wants to sleep with me so I guess you can have the bed to yourself or sleep with James since you and him are pretty close."

"Tell Jai I forgive him." Luke nodded. I went to see James. When our eyes met he ran towards me and oicked me up, spinning me. 

"CAMRYYYYNNN!" We laughed. While twirling me James stepped on Skip's foot which made me choke on air.

"OUCH! FUCK! JAMES!" Skip yelled. 

"Awwee! Baby Daniel!" Beau and Jacob said in unison.

We all talked for a little longer until I really was dead tired. I jogged upstairs and knocked on the door. Zeke was now laying on the bed on his phone. He had changed into basketball shorts and a 'Young and Reckless' tee. 

"Oh!" He sat up. "Were you gonna sleep here? I'll go." 

"No! It's fine, all the other beds are filled with drunk teens. You can sleep here, just no funny business!" We chuckled.

He threw another pair of basketball shorts, which was a MAJOR UPGRADE from those short shorts. I just stayed in my crop top. He put his hand over me after I turned off the light and got in bed.

"Is this too much?" 

"Nope." I smiled wide. I think I really like him.
