Our Love Story

Chapter 28

I ran inside the house, Luke following. I jumped in the shower. I then heard a noise, while in the shower, but I knew I was alone. Suddenly Luke jumped in with me.

"Luke! What are you doing?" I giggled.

"Shh." We started making out. He ran his fingers through the hair that I had (think of hazel lancaster that's how short her hair is) and I ran mine through his. He caressed my left boob, which made me know that this was getting out of control. I pulled away. We were now both laughing. 

"Okay Luke, I was about to get out of the shower anyway so let me go get ready." I was getting out when Luke slapped my bum. 

"Luke Anthony Mark Brooks did you just.-" He kissed me again. Ugh why does he always do this. I ran out of th bathroom with a towel wrapped around me laughing. I looked at my dress.

I paid $95 It was nothing special, but it was royal blue, the same color of Luke's tie. Just thinking about tonight gives me butterflies. I curled the short amount of hair I had and put on silver heels:

I put on a diamond necklace Luke gave me, and I was ready to show everyone. It was 6:20, and the other boys had got ready earlier. All of them including Luke were waiting downstairs to see me.

I walked slowly down the steps as everyone awed. Luke put out is hand and I placed mine in his. Jai took a picture of us with Luke's camera and we were on our way.

Everyone was having a great time, and everything was organized. The tables had name cards on them, James played the best songs, Jai and Ariana were together, and Zeke was with his friend. I excused myself from Luke and my parents, to go talk to him.

He saw me, and smiled wide. "Camryn! You look so nice!" He spun me around. "Oh, and I want you  to meet my boyfriend, Ian. Ian was tall, and had blonde spikey hair with brown eyes. 

"Nice to finally meet you!" I said to him.

"You too! I've heard so many things about you." Just then, 'Summer' by Calvin Harris started playing. Zeke and Ian looked at eachother. "This is our song!" Zeke squealed. "Excuse us!" I smiled and nodded as Zeke led Ian to the dancefloor. The clock on the wall said it was 8:23, and as promised, Matty Healy strolled in, with a leather jacket, black ripped jeans, doc martens, and surprisingly, a blue shirt insead of a white one. He was the lead singer of my favorite band and he was about 12 feet away from me. I walked up to him, and he smiled. 

"I reckon you're Camryn? Nice to finally meet you." I shook his hand. 

"Yes, and it's so great to meet you. I love all of your songs. I cannot believe you actually came!" 

"Yeah well it just so happens we have a show in this area tomorrow night, and I decided why not." He looked around. "I have to say, this place looks amazing." 

"Thank you so m-much." I studdered. He giggled. 

"Are you nervous?" I nodded. "Well then, lets sit down, and you can tell me more about yourself." He chuckled. He pulled out a chair of the nearest table, and I sat. He sat next to me.

"Well, what's your favorite song?" He asked. I quickly answered,

"'Is there somebody who could watch you'. I mean, it's written by you so of course that would be my favorite." I laughed. Wow, that is so dumb of me to say.
