Camryn's P.O.V.

As I change into the hospital gown, I look out the window, and see so many stars. I remember something from like a year ago when me and Luke first met. That Carson is always going to be there when I look up. But, Luke, I'll see Carson soon. And I'm ready to go. But I'll always remember my Darling. Forever.

Luke's P.O.V.

"Luke please don't cry, you're making me cry." Camryn said. But I couldn't stop. Her family sat beside me in the other chairs around the hospital bed. There was a lot of flowers, baloons, and teddy bears in the room sent to her. Just shows how loved she is. I look at my phone. 11:35.

12:52

It's now 12:45, and she's doing fine.

Her Mom, Dad, and Ashton, are now talking to her, and I'm twirling my thumbs nervously.

"Luke, you can talk to her." Her mom said smiling at me. I got up. Her eyes were closed. She was so weak. Even at the party, her breathing was heavy.

"Cam, I love you so much Darling. But I can't see you like this. If you need to, let go." I'm now in tears. About to go sit back down, I hear someone say my name. It's not her family, so I turn to Camryn and go closer to her.

"I l-love y-you too." A single tear fell down her cheek. I kissed her lips one last time.

12:52

I check the time again, only two minutes have passed, it's 12:47.

Then, it happens. The loud sound. The long beep that I've dreaded for so long.

"What do we do?!" Mrs. Laurentis says.

"I'll get a doctor, everyone get out!" Mr. Laurentis says. But I don't listen. I took Camryn's wrist to hold it one last time. 4 Doctors run in telling me to move but I scream no. Two of them drag me out and lock the door. It's over.

After 10 minutes, a doctor comes to the waiting room where we all are. I stand up.

"Is she okay?" I ask.

"Unfortunately Camryn Laurentis passed away at 12:52am. I'm very sorry."

Mrs. Laurentis was in tears, but I blocked out the crying. My Darling was gone. Forever.

5 days later, the funeral

Everyone was done their speech, and I was the last to go. The picture Jai took the night of the ball was on a screen. As I walked up to the microphone I looked at it.

"Camryn, or Cam, as I liked to call her, was my Darling. She was the love of my life." I looked around. I saw my mom, the other boys, her Aunt Jackie, her family, Matty, Camryn's friends, Ariana, and even Colin. I mouthed 'thanks' to him, and he nodded. He didn't have to come, but he did. I swallowed, and went on.

"I loved her so much. And when I found out she had cancer, it was a major shock to not only me, but everyone she knew. But honestly, I didn't care if she found out she couldn't walk anymore, or speak, or she couldn't have a kid anymore, I'd still love her. Because she brought out the best in people. So, I don't want to blab on about how good of a person she is because that would take a lifetime. But what I will say it that she gave me the ride of a lifetime, by sharing her love, and I love her for that. Cam if you're here right now I love you, and I always will." I cried, and started heading to my seat. I heard clapping coming from the other side of the room. It was Matty. Other people joined in and soon, the whole church was clapping.

We all went outside, and their was a piano on the grass. Matty walked over and played a song for everyone.

He played, 'Is there someone who can watch you.' It was actually quite beautiful.
