Chapter 18

It has been a week since Ann was stabbed and Seventeen got caught.

BEG2 were worried that Ann will never wake up from her coma. Ever since she was out of surgery, she hadn't gain consciousness.

BTS and Got7 were the ones who are worrying the most. You may not believe this but EXO and 2PM are worried as well, eventhough they were not close with Ann.

What worries the whole BEG2 is V. He hadn't eat and sleep since the incident. He never left Ann's side except for a bathroom break. He didn't even take a shower. All he did was change his clothes from the bloody one into a plain white shirt with jeans.

Everyday BEG2 tried to convince V to eat or sleep or at least take a shower, but V declined. To be honest, to the whole BEG2, V looked like a pale zombie, but he didn't die and revived.

V looked lifeless and his eyes were swollen and red from crying.

"Hey V. Any news yet?" Jin asked.

V shook his head side to side.

BTS sighed and they pity V. They knew that V and Ann could have a happy life together, as a couple and lovers. Now, there is a chance that it will never happen.

"Tomorrow is her birthday V." Namjoon said. "What do you want to do?"

"Stay here and wish for her to wake up. Also to celebrate it together with her in her world somewhere within her mind." V said.

The rest sighed.

"Hyung, you need to eat and sleep. Or at least take a shower!" Jungkook said.

V stayed silent looking at Ann. His eyes dark with no expression except for pain.

"Tae, Ann would want that as well. She wouldn't want you to suffer while waiting for her." Jimin said.

Hoseok walked towards the front of V.

"You have to do what Ann wants V. That is what lovers do to each other, as a bond of trust and love." he said.

"What if she wakes up and I am not here hyung? Wouldn't that break her even more?" V said.

The members stayed silent, not knowing how to respond towards to that statement. They didn't realize the rest of BEG2 came in as well.

"Guys, we brought decorations to decorate Ann's room since it is almost 10 p.m." Suho said. "And what's with the atmosphere?"

"Nothing hyung. Just thinking." Suga said.

Soon the whole BEG2 started decorating her room with balloons, strings and prepared the confetti but not the one that have to be bursted since it might disturb the other patients and give Ann a shock.

It was almost midnight, 11:56 p.m. to be precise. Almost March 1. Since this year isn't the leap year, we have to celebrate it at the first day of March.

We counted down.

"Happy birthday Ann." the whole BEG2 said softly. V holding the cake with tears in his eyes.

"Happy birthday Ann. I wish for you to wake up soon so we can play together and hang out like we used to." V said. Then he together with the rest blew the candle together for Ann.

"Come on guys, let's leave them two alone." Suho said.

With the rest gone, V started crying. He was in so much pain and he just wanted Ann to comfort him.

"Neomu saranghae Ann. Ireona juseyeo." (Love you so much Ann. Please wake up)

V kissed her for a long time, his tears went down to their mouths and V could taste the saltiness of his own tears.

He broke the kiss and wiped his tears and smiled a sad smile.

"Happy Birthday Ann!! Hope you be more mature. I remember the first time we met. Ironical huh? You sat at our table and we ate together awkwardly. Suddenly you realized we were idols. Then we invited you to Jungkook's party last year. You came being unconscious and the next day planned to kill your own mother. Yoongi hyung told me you wanted to escape at that time. I kind of forgot to ask you why was Hoseok hyung's favorite vase broken. Then I asked you to be my girlfriend and you accepted. I was beyond happy. Then we go through the mission and....you got stabbed. I felt my whole world ended and I felt as if I was stabbed a hundred times more than you. Then I finally succeeded on defeating Seventeen but you collapsed. I felt as if my heart stopped beating. I waited and waited for you to come out of surgery and play with me and the others again, as free people. But after I heard you were in a coma, I felt my world falling apart. Now, I am still waiting Ann, don't make me lose hope. I still love you and will forever love you Ann. So please....wake up."

V watched her and she didn't move. She just lie still breathing peacefully.

V just sighed, thinking it was a way to wake Ann up. He walked away to call the others to come back in to clean up the decorations until a voice stopped him.

"I love you too oppa. I'm sorry you had to wait for so long."
