Josh relapsed that night. After accidentally cutting himself and having to make it the 'right' number of cuts to feel better, he realised Tyler may be a little bit right.
I don't really know exactly how medication could help OCD...or at least help 'Josh's' bcs my parents refuse to believe I have it bcs I'm not obsessively clean or something idk so I never... I didn't stay long after the diagnosis, never got any help really, so I do apologise if it's inaccurate.
