I got a Meowth, a normal level 12 Meowth, and named it Milo.
However, it was holding a quick claw (I have one on my Ampharos already).
Meowth has a 5% chance of holding one.
It's almost as rare as a shiny (a 0.1 chance, because it is low leveled).
