I woke up this morning and I did not feel good at all. As soon as I got up from my bed, I felt weak. I made it to the bathroom and did my hygiene and did my best to get ready for school. 

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a Nature Valley bar and a water and waited on my mom. 

"Hey sweetie, you okay?" My mom asked coming out of her room. 
"I don't feel good, but I'll try to make it" I said getting up. 
"Alright, let me know if I need to pick you up from school" She said grabbing her purse. 

I nodded. I went to go get my backpack, my change of clothes and poster for Andrew's first basketball game today. 

On the way to the car, I started coughing to where I had to stop. I said a quick prayer and made my way in the car. I fell asleep on the way to school which made me feel a little better. 

I bullshitted my way through all my classes. I was quiet in most of my classes unless I was talking with my friends. I've been dodging Andrew all day because I wanna surprise him with the poster board. 

At lunch, I was heating up my chicken strips when I felt someone pinch my butt. I was about to go off until I saw Andrew's ugly self. 

"What do you want?" I said looking at the time left on the microwave. 
"You been ignoring and dodging me all day. Wassup?" He blocked me in. 

I was about to reply until I had to cough really bad. 

"I haven't" I said getting my stuff out the microwave. 
"So how come I haven't seen you all day?" He asked.

I couldn't let him see the poster so I moved out the way of the microwaves so we could continue our conversation. 

"Andrew, you know we only have one class together today and that's Econ which is right after lunch" I said looking around. 
"Mhmm alright well imma let you eat, but imma sit right next to you in Econ" he said smirking. 
"You always do" I walked off and sat down with my friends. 

I made sure to finish eating a few minutes earlier so I could put my clothes and poster in my locker before class started. I hate using my locker sometimes, but I really wanna surprise Andrew tonight. 

Once I was finished putting my stuff in my locker, Andrew was right behind me. 

"Whatcha doin" He said suspiciously.
"You so nosey. Come on before we late to class" I walked ahead of him. 
"Duh this ain't nothin new. You my business" He said while putting his arm around me. 
"Ugh you love touching me don't you" I said mugging him.
"Yup" He kissed my cheek and smiled. 

When we got to class, everybody was staring at me and Andrew. We got 2 seats in the back right next to each other. 

I'm so happy tomorrow was Thanksgiving break because I am too sick. I started to get cold during class and Andrew immediately gave me his basketball jacket. 

Since we didn't do much in class today, me and Andrew just talked and had fun. 

After class, I gave him his jacket back and told him I'll text him later.

I ran to my locker to get the poster and my clothes. I went to the bathroom to change into my leggings and personalized shirt I got for Andrew. 

Since the cafeteria was selling pizza I decided to get me 2 slices.
