It's the fifth month since I have been shot. My bullet wound has completely healed and so has my surgical wound. It's really weird how they healed though and the scars they left. I currently have three visibly intertwined hearts on my abdomen. Greyson likes to say that the three hearts symbolise him,Ashton and me. I hear a knock on the door and I go to open up to find Ashton on the other side.

"Hey Ash" I say smiling

"Alex, we need to talk" he says getting in.

"About?"

"About us Alex, I need to know where we stand" he says seriously.

"Ashton I said I need space" I say sitting down.

"And that's what I gave you. Alex I need to know where we stand. Is it over or what?" He asks deadly serious.

"I don't know Ashton. I guess I am still angry at you for what you did to me. I know it was an accident but still. If it wasn't me that person in my place would have died. Ashton I don't know if I can ignore the fact that you kill people anymore. I really can't Ash" I say honestly.

"But that's who I am" he says honestly.

"No, that's not who you are. You are my caring boyfriend the guy who would do anything for those he loves. You are just hiding behind that mafia exterior. Ashton this is going to end badly."

"Ok, I know it's not going to be easy but I'll try to get out of the mafia. For you" he says running his hand across his face.

"Do you promise?" I ask looking at his intense grey eyes.

"I'll try" he says giving me a sincere look.

"Please do" I say giving him a hug.

"I love you Princess. I didn't mean to hurt you. It killed me everyday to see you lying unconscious on that hospital bed. It was the worst three months of my life. I am really sorry Alex" he says holding me tighter.

"I know, I love you too Ashton" I say kissing him.

"Pitch Perfect or Pitch Perfect 2" Greyson asks getting into the house.

"Umh Pitch Perfect" I say breaking away from my kiss with Ashton.

"Pitch Perfect it is" he says awkwardly.

"I hope you don't mind having a third party" Ashton asks putting his hands on my waist and kissing my neck. This is going to be awkward.

"No not at all. I brought some ice cream" he says lifting a bag containing two tubs of ice cream. This is enough for me to untangle myself from Ashton's arms and go to get the bags from Rey.

"You and Ash are going to have to share" I say sitting down on the couch. Rey and Ash exchange some uncomfortable looks. This is really going to be a long night.

"I forgot that I had to go somewhere" Rey says standing up.

"No, no you are not going anywhere" I say grabbing his arm and pulling him back onto the couch.

"Ok, there's some tension here so me being the good person I am, I am going to let you solve it on your own before we watch this movie together. So I'm going to eat half my ice cream upstairs and please guys don't throw punches at each other" I say smiling and moving towards the stairs.

Ashton's POV

"She is something else isn't she?" Greyson asks smiling

"Yeah she is. So I am back now you don't have to take care of her" I say seriously.

"What? You aren't going to tell me to do anything. I will get away from Alexendra when she no longer wants me to be her friend" he says enraged.

"Greyson we all know where this is going to end so please distance yourself from her. For the sake of our relationship" I say showing him Alex's promise ring.

"The same relationship that got her shot and got her in a coma for three months and a week with multiple seizures. Ashton excuse me that I don't want Alex out of my sight" he says angrily

"You don't know anything about our relationship" I say and it's my turn to get angry.

"The little I know has made me realise that she is not safe with you."

"Just stay away from her ok. Let's not complicate things here"I say seriously.

"I  am not complicating anything. It's either you accept that I am going to be here or it can bother you. I on the other hand am not going anywhere so that you can be comfortable. I am here for Alex not for you" he says deadly serious. This is not going to go smoothly.

"I am going to let this go but one wrong move Greyson and I will make sure you are out of her life"I say seriously.

"That's if you are not the first one out" he says with a smirk.

I stand up and go to Alex's room and find her eating ice cream with a smile. Seriously this girl is going to get killed by her obsessive love of ice cream.

Is Ashton right about telling Greyson to distance himself from Alex? How do you guys think Alex would react when she discovers that Ashton told Greyson to stay away from her?
