Corrin, the prince of Nohr and Hoshido chose neither of the families.Both shocked and upset of his choice, when we had recruited Elise a wyvern rider was told in secret to follow her to protect the princess.She was aiming for perfection.In the army, and anywhere she would go, she was praised for how perfect she was.Her body shape, jawline,eyes,skills, you name it, she has it!Or even a better version.Expect when she had joined she was being compared with a hoshidan non-stop.A male perhaps she thought, all she knew is that they rode on a Pegasus with a red flowing ponytail and was perfect as well.She couldn't stand tl be compared to him over, and over again!She asked people where she could find them and it was the training area,usually at the afternoons.So she told herself that she will beat whoever this subaki person is.She saw, presumably a man in his late teens practicing on a Pegasus with a iron Lance in hand, she walked closer and took a deep breath, "Are you Subaki, hoshidan, everyone has been talking about your quote on quote perfection." She snarled at him, his Pegasus turned around then landed on the ground gracefully,he looked at her and responded with,
"Why, yes I am.Why do you ask?" She was put at rage
"I HATE being compared to you!How can you be so perfect?!I never have even heard you done anything slightly perfect!" She yelled at him, he was a bit shocked but suddenly realized she was the nohrian perfectionist, Y/N or is what they called her."They always say you'll probably be better just because your a man!" She complained to him, he was a bit upset.His Pegasus seemed a bit upset at her yelling at their owner.
"Ah, you didn't think the same happened to me?" He asked with a perfectly timed smile, it kept getting on Y/N's nerves.
"You know what?!I'm just gonna leave!Good day!" She yelled at him frustrated and marched all the way back to her quarters.She was just so frustrated at him she couldn't stop thinking about him?She basically tried to tear all her hair out that afternoon."I shouldn't be glooming over that!I-I have better things to do-- like training!Yes!" She said to herself.She ran over to the wyverns and hopped on hers and went to the woods to practice on wild animals, she soon was bored with all that and went home slightly hungry.So she decided to go to the mess hall for some food, and what do you know?Subaki himself was there eating alone at a table.Y/N thought he would be a man that would use his skills to his advantage, to Y'know get women. Like how one of Prince Xander's retainers try to do.He looked at her hesitant to greet her, but he did anyways.
"A-Ah hello!Y/N was it?" He greeted her, she only replied with a quick glare and then pouted to the table.
"I'm only sitting here because every other table is full got that!" She told him, he nodded a bit threatened as she was holding a knife.
"Got it" he replied, she calmed down a bit.That would be one of the only times they would have a pleasant time together, during the war Y/N would be upset at him and he would yell at her at times.Everyone called them the "Soon to be elderly couple" Subaki would get flustered and look away, Y/N would just get angered at the person.Months after they first met Subaki wanted to talk to her somewhere private. She was surprised but went to the place.It was a nice cold evening, the summer breeze was wonderful on the skin, he must've planned the night to be just wonders.She looked around and saw nothing, suspicious, she headed quickly back to grab an axe not too big not too flashy.She hurried back and saw Subaki tending to his Pegasus, she stared at him for a while slightly blushing.She was lost in thoughts(AlL AlOnE).She snapped out of it when he turned his head to her then started to turn red as his hair."A-Ah your here" He said, "what's with the axe?" He asked
"Um.. well I was a bit suspicious since you weren't here and it felt kind of.." she mumbled the last part
"I don't mean to pry but, kind of what?" He asked once again
"Never mind its childish!Just what did you want?!" She pouted
"N-no what is it?I promise I won't laugh or anything!" He said as he held a fist to his chest
"Promise?"
"Promise." He responded
"I'm not very comfortable or I guess you could say I was scared since the war people have been murdered left and right." She answered to his curiosity.He was shocked at her words, he always thought that she had no fears, yet he understood her fear, the war has taken a different toll on everyone in the army."I may be a nohrian but we have fears too.." she added.
"I see... I'm sorry I had to invite you so late.." he apologized grabbing her into a hug, he was slightly taller than her so her face was in his chest.He felt slight movement and wet tears on his uniform.
"I hate this war!I hate fighting!I don't want to be little miss perfect anymore!" She complained as she grew tired.He kissed her forehead she looked up and it was all a blur because of all the tears, "Is it okay for a nohrian like me to fall in love with you?!" She pouted, his face reddened but answered her question
"Of course, why wouldn't it be?" He smiled at her tears slowly falling from his own eyes
"I been so mean to you and I act like I'm perfect and I fight and kill yet I'm scared to die myself!I'm pathetic!" She confessed to him
"If that's true then everyone is pathetic, Y/N" , he replied.That night she confessed so many things to the Pegasus Knight.She felt like she let all her fears go in one knight.She felt relieved and not so tense, he loved to listen to her and help her feel better.They ended up getting married months after, not so long after the war Y/N gave birth to a young baby girl, Caeldori, Corrin offered the deep realms but Y/N almost killed the prince when he asked her yelling, "I'M, NOT GIVING AWAY MOTHERHOOD!" Subaki, of course was the one who calmed her down.In the end Caeldori grew up as perfectly fine as her parents, she had the body of her mother and the hair, while the personality of her father, and some her of her mothers but mostly her father's.
I would put the after war thingy like I how I did for Conrad but I want it to be special so maybe only every few requests and every few oneshots I plan myself.I might do another A/N to update on some information on this oneshots but hopefully I will get to the schedule I set to myself and update that A/N later today or tomorrow sometime.Anyways thank you for the 500+ People :0 Woah!
