Everyone is the same in my world.

Everything is stripped of color.

Everything must be equal.

There's nothing I can do about it, but to mourn for the past.

You see, thousands of years ago, there was color. There was diversity among people. There were different races, hair and eye colors, and even a variety of talents in every community.

Differences used to be accepted. Used to.

Now everyone is the same. The world is made up of black, white or gray, a monotone and empty color scheme dominating it. No one is allowed to be better than others, which means everyone is supposed to act the same. Hell, everyone is supposed to think the same.

It's utter crap.

The only hope I have are old books I secretly read to teach myself how the world used to be...
