Kairos put on her leather armour and face her soulmate. She present her arms to her and let her put on the gauntlet onto her. "Nervous?" Fixra asked when she noticed her soulmate doesn't talk much. "I am." Kairos said before smiling to her soulmate. "I'm shaking right now." Kairos gave out a dry laughter before Fixra hugged her as tight as she could.
"Whatever happen my dear, I will win this. Even if I have to sacrifice my limbs for it." Both Kairos and Kai said in unison. Fixra was surprised and pulled away from the woman she love. "Kai? Kairos?" Both eyes showed different colours. They both take control of the body and they both wanted to make Fixra theirs.
"Be careful. I don't want any of your limbs to be sacrifice. That's an order." Fixra said while looking into her eyes. Fixra present to her soulmate her sword. Kairos took it and strap around her waist. Kairos try to clenching her fist a couple of times before kissing her soulmate on the lips. "Watch me defeating them all for you." She said after pulling away.
A knock on the door startled them both. Victoria open the door and informed Kairos that the match will start in 10 minutes. Bahamut suddenly appeared behind Victoria and walked inside the room to her sister. "We need to prepare you as well. You are the prize for this match." Bahamut chuckled.
Kairos waved at her soulmate and followed Victoria to the arena. "A message from the queen for you." Victoria said before opened the door that connected to the arena entrance.
"She said she want you to win this match. Show her your deep love for Fixra." She bow to Kairos. Kairos nodded and walked in before Victoria locked her inside. She look around the dark room and took a couple of deep breath.

The only light source she could see was from the crack of the door in front of her. The spectators screams can be heard from all around her. She's going to have a death match with some of the most talented fighters this Mountain has ever seen. What if she fail? What if she died?
A loud voice announce the death match are is about to begin. Kairos grabbed her sword handle before the door groaned loudly and reveal the path to the arena in front of her. She started to walk up the stairs and the first thing she see when she's on top was the vast size of the arena. Loud cheering from the spectators from above that came for this eventful day made Kairos flinched from nervousness.
