Chapter 16 - The Revolution

MAMMON'S POV

"Those Revolution Vampires will be the death of us. We need to kill them all!" Asteroth slammed her hands on the table. Upon arriving, my spy told us that a group of vampires tried to attack the Zadicus while in foreign soil. I can't believe they all dumb enough to attack Bahamut's territory.

They good as gone now. That Molotoch wielder will never let anyone leave alive. "What should we do Mammon? I don't think those vampires will let the Zadicus go. I mean if they continues this charade, we can't continue our plan to take over the human world and Orman."

I lift my hand, asking Asteroth to shut up for once. I turned to Mia and Naomi. "What should we do?" I asked them. "Why are you asking them?!" Asteroth was ready to pulled her own hair when I asked the former humans. "Mia... Naomi... what do you want to do to the humans and vampires?" Mia took a step forward.

"We kill.. kill them all.." I smiled at Mia. She's been such an amazing soldier for me. From a fragile useless human to a first class soldier of mine. "Good. Now come here." She did as told  and bow. "Don't bow. Please... sit." I patted on my lap and she sit. The seven other girls in my office all gather around my table and just stare at us.

I placed my right hand on her back and use my left to place my hand on her stomach. "Hmmm... do you desire power or happiness?" I asked Mia. She gasped when I place my right hand lower. "Happiness." She whispered. Happiness huh. Well this is her good day then. "You will be dismiss on all duty from now on." I announced. She was confused.

"Your pregnant." I simply said and watched her expression changed to shock. "I'm what?" I smiled and lifted her chin. "Your pregnant... that's why I asked if you want power or happiness. Because you've done such exceptional work, I'll let you keep your baby. Do take care of Asteroth's child." Asteroth froze.

"No... you're lying. It's yours isn't it, Mammon."

I shut her up using the knife on my table. Her eyes widen when the knife nearly hit her forehead. "Mia is carrying your child. Be a responsible parent." I said and ask Mia to stand beside Naomi. "I'm sure of it." I turned to Naomi. "When will you tell me? Until that belly bulge? Next time, tell me when you're carrying my child." Naomi froze and look down.

She apologised.

I turned my attention to the seven mortal sins. "What are you all waiting for?" I asked them. They were confused. "Wait. Mammon. Will you forged weapons with our child in them?" Asteroth asked while pointing at Mia and Naomi. "No. I won't.." Asteroth scoffed. "Why not? You don't seems to have a problem killing your own twin."

I stood up and face Asteroth.

"I won't kill our child. Beside, after our last  visit at the King of Gods territory, I want to reevaluate our method for power than depending on a cursed weapon made from flesh and blood." I explained to her. "You may go Mia, Naomi. See you tomorrow at breakfast." I immediately forbid the seven mortal sins to go. "Not you all. Stay." They all sighed.

"Well? What did you want?" Asteroth asked.

"Pride, tell me, what did you feel when in the presence of Bahamut?" I simply asked. "We... feel... unbelievable amount of power pouring out of her. We noticed the same kind of power from Kairos and Fixra as well." Pride explained. "Well, that's understandable because Kairos is a legendary vampire and Fixra is the second strongest goddess in the mountain. But I only want to know about Bahamut." I explained.

"Do you feel the need to please her?" I smirked. "Do you have the need to show her your loyalty?" I smiled. Asteroth was baffled. "Where is this conversation going? Mammon, explain." Asteroth had enough.

"Goddess of Death, Queen of Destruction, is the next ruler of the underworld. These mortal sins can feel her. Being the wielder of Molotoch have its perks. Bahamut's ancestor manage to get their hands on Molotoch after their last invasion to Hell."
