From Two Different Worlds

Let's Go to the Show!

Mike POV:

I get to the studio and see Chester and Brad in the switch broad room talking about the album. Chester sees me entering the room, "Hey man! How did the lunch go?" Asking me I can tell that he wants all the details on what happened today. I sat down and took a long breath I was about to tell them how the lunch went when I got a text. I take my phone out of my pocket to see who it was, I start to smile a bit when I saw it was Angie.

Angie: Hey Mike! So the event is call No Violence it is a ska and psychobilly show at the observatory in Santa Ana. The tickets are 20 bucks each and it's this Saturday and it starts at seven. I really hope you guys can come!

Me: Hey Angie I just got to the studio and the guys are here I will talk to them about the event right now by the way what is name of your band?

Angie: Oh I forgot haha the band's name is The Creepshow we have a Facebook page if you want check it out.

Me: Definitely will check it out! Text you later.

  After texting with Angie I tell the guys how the lunch went. I gave Chester all the details of today's event, I asked Brad where everyone was at he tells me that they are in the drum room. I tell them that I need talk to everyone so we head to the drum room. There I tell the guys about the event this weekend that Angie invited us to go. Chester, Joe and Dave say they are in Brad can't go because he has family event that weekend and Rob wants to work on drum beats for the album.

Chester and I go to the computer to look up Angie's band sure enough we find the Facebook page which shows videos and pictures of the band. I play one of the songs call The Graden and sat there just listening to it. I was enjoying how the drums, guitar and harmonica were intertwine with each other and I had to admit Angie's voice was amazing. You can feel the lyrics when she was singing even though it was soft singing. After the song was done I hear Chester clapping "Man! She is good! I can't wait to hear more of their songs!" I had to agree with Chester on this one I was excited for the show this weekend.

Angie POV:

    As I was sitting at my desk doing some school work listening to some music when I hear a knock at my door. I get up to see who it was, it was my other roommate Nina "Hey is my music too loud?" She shakes her head no, I can tell something is bothering her she asked if she can come into my room because she needed talked to me. We both sat on my bed and I finally asked her what was wrong? Nina started crying telling that she just lost her job today I started hugging her and telling her that it will be okay. "I know you will find a job very soon I promise!" She gives me a smile "Thanks Angie you are the best friend ever. I am going to go and look online for a job."

Ten Minutes Later:

    I finally finished my school work I lean back in my chair and I sigh out of relief. I start to close my eyes for moment until my phone starts to ring, I thought it was Mike let me know if him and the band were coming. Then I noticed it was ex calling me again, I didn't answer. Ever since we broke up he has been blowing up my phone wanted me give him a second chance. I closed my eyes once again and my phone goes off now I am starting to get pissed here.

Me: Dude I told you we are over!

Mike: Ummm I think you got me confused with someone else.

Me: *Sits up straight* Oh I am sorry Mike I thought you were my ex. What's up?

Mike: It's okay so I talk to the band and me, Chester, Joe, and Dave will be there on Saturday night to root you and band on. By the way we looked your band you guys are really good.

Me: *Starts to blush* Thanks Mike that really means a lot, and I can't wait! I have the tickets so you guys can buy them off of me.

Mike: Awesome that save some time say it's none of my business but is your ex bothering you?

Me: He is actually he keeps trying to call me and message me on Facebook and I feel like a broken record.

Mike: I am sorry to hear that if he keeps calling you let me know okay?

Me: Thanks Mike you are awesome friend!!! I just don't get him at all.

Mike: Because he is a idiot and doesn't know what no means no.

  Me and Mike continue talking for few hours about everything, talking the him was simple and easy I didn't had to work hard to start a conversation with him. It was almost eleven clock at night when we finally say good night to each other. As I sat there in my chair with a big grin on my face I couldn't believe it! My all time favorite band was going to come to my show and see me performing! I start to getting ready for bed when I hear my phone ding.

   I go to my desk to see who has message me I saw it was a number I did not notice at all, I click on the message to see what it said "You better stay away from Mike you little bitch! He is mine and mine alone!" The text scared me little bit I know I didn't post anything on Facebook about the lunches or that I met up with Mike today so how did this person know I was with Mike today. I brush it off and continue getting ready for bed, then my phone goes off again.

    I see it's the same number again "Do not ignore me! If I find out you are hanging out with Mike again you will pay!" I put my phone on silent so I don't hear it go off while I was sleeping, as I crawl into bed my head is trying to piece together what that person was talking about. Me and Mike are just friends and nothing more I decided to show them the number tomorrow at the show to see if they know the number that was texting me. I try to sleep but the person who text me I couldn't get it out of my head, so I grabbed my phone and I see that this person texted me five more time and they were insults and threats so I decided to block the number but keep the messages so I can show Chester and Mike but I would do it after the show. I don't understand why I am getting rhese text messages. After I blocked the number I went back to sleep knowing that person can't reach me no more.
