Hey I see you're back again... nice to know your interested in my story about Duncan and I :)
A few months have passed and Duncan and I have only grown closer together since that day we met at Triple Scoops. We aren't dating but Duncan and I are bestfriends now, and if that's what we were meant to be than that's how it will be.
*Schools bell rings for lunch time* "Hey doll face" Duncan said from behind me, "You want me to carry your lunch to the table?" he said walking next to me with a smile. "I think I can handle it myself, but thanks Juvie" I said smiling back at him. "Babe over here!" Courtney yelled from across the lunch room. As much as I wanted to tell him "no just stick with me just for today, you don't have to go with her" I couldn't tell him so I told him "I will catch up with you later Juvie" fake smiling and patting his back as I go off and sit next to my bestfriend, Leshawna.
"What's up with you white girl?" Leshawna said sounding concerned. "Do I have to sink my fist in someone's face?" she said crossing her arms "Because if I do the I have to take off my earings real quick" She said taking off an earing. "No Leshawna I am perfectly fine, just stressing on the English test" I said (TOTALLY LYING) "Girl it's just a test and everyone is gonna fail so who cares" Leshawna said putting her earing back on.
As Leshawna started talking about how I shouldn't worry about the test and all I couldn't help but notice how quiet Duncan was at the 'popular' table. "Umm... white girl?" Leshawna said following the direction of where I was looking.
"You know... you and that bad boy would make a much better couple than him and little miss C.I.T. over there" Leshawna said smiling at me. Before I was able to respond to Leshawna I felt a pair of eyes glaring at me and when I look it's no suprise that Courtney is looking my way as if everytime she blinks a bullet goes through me. *Bell Rings and lunch ends* "Well, I will see you later Leshawna" I said hugging her then speed walking to my next class.
"Hey doll face hold on-" Duncan said before I turned around and saw the most horrific thing i've seen in a while...

Courtney... and Duncan... I know what your saying "Just a few minutes ago you were fine with him being taken by Courtney" But that doesn't mean I don't have feelings for Duncan... seeing him kissing Courtney broke a piece of me...

I held all my tears back and walked to my next class. I didn't want to think about Duncan or about Courtney... I just wanted to focus on me and only me.
A few hours past and the next few classes went by, then finally school ended and I went to my locker to put my stuff away... and just when I wanted some space from him... there he was right next to me.

"Hey there doll face" Duncan said without a care in the world. "I'd love to stay and chat but I have to go and do homework" I answered him and closed my locker, "Wait since when did you care about homework?" Duncan said shocked, "Don't worry ahout it" I said rolling my eyes and walking away.
