I woke up 6:30 am, like everyday.Then I went to go take my 30 minute shower. The second I stepped out of the shower, my phone started to ring. I ran outside the bathroom in a towel and ran straight to my room and grabbed my phone of my nightstand. "Hello?" I asked a little scared because I didn't know who was on the side of the phone.
"Hey Abagail. It's Jamie." I heard his familiar voice on the other side of the phone.
"Still wanna walk with me?" I said calmly.
"Yeah. How much time do you need to get ready?" He said with a sort of happy voice.
"I just got out the shower so give me another thirty minutes. You're gonna need the a dress so it's 3421 Lake Avenue." I replied excitedly.
"See you in half an hour." he sighed happily.
"See you then" I said smiling even though Jamie couldn't see it through the phone. I got dressed and went back into the bathroom to do my makeup. When I was finished and gathering my jacket and bookbag, the doorbell rang. I ran downstairs screaming "I got it, Mom!!" I guessed Jamie heard me because when I opened the door he was laughing.
"Do you do that every morning?" He managed to say through his laughs.
"Yeah, anytime the doorbell rings." I said blushing.
"It's okay. It's kinda cute." He said still laughing a little.
" Ready to go?" I asked eagerly ready to leave for school.
"Yeah, let's go." He said smiling.
We walked for about 20 minutes, making small talk and sharing laughs. By time we got to school, Oliver and Lauren were already there. Me and Jamie were still laughing when we spotted them. We picked up the pace a little walking towards them.
"What's going on?" Oliver hissed.
