The next few days ended up be in really awkward between Jamie and I. We still walked home together, but the silence was killer. I really hated not talking to him. He had become one of my best friends. I maybe have the slightest crush on him. I couldn't take the silence anymore. I went to go find Jamie in his class like I had that day, this time in a different class. I pulled him aside.
"What are we gonna do? I really can't take the silence between us anymore." I said in a worried voice.
"Glad the feeling's mutual. I hated it too" He smirked.
"Seriously, Jamie. What are we?" I said sternly.
"I don't know, Abagail." He said softly as he leaned into me. I leaned in closer too, and then our lips touched. The kiss was more intense and hasty than the last. As if we have been waiting for the week its been since the last time we kissed. He pulled me in closer by the waist and deepened the kiss. We kissed frantically without breaths for what seemed like forever. I felt like I could do this forever. What I felt when I kissed Jamie was totally different than what I felt when I kiss Oliver. When I kiss Jamie, there's sparks, the chemistry is amazing, it feels so right. When I kiss Oliver, it seems like a plain old kiss compared to Jamie. But I'm with Oliver not Jamie, sadly. I guess I was in such deep thought that I must've spaced out because Jamie asked me,
"Are you okay?" He said ever so softly.
