THIRD PERSON'S POV
Frisk walked into the adoption center when it was already night time.

She wanted a little companion to accompany her in her apartment.

She walked around and looked inside the glass boxes.

She stopped at one itty bitty.

A skeleton wearing a blue jacket over a white shirt and black shorts. He was lazily curled up in a corner asleep while the others kept jumping for attention.

She tapped its glass and he opened an eye socket.

He yawned and lazily made his way to the front of the box.

He just stared at her and Frisk found it adorable.

She pressed a finger on the glass to try and get a reaction from him.

He looked at the finger curiously and pressed his small hand over it then smiled.

"Hello, Ma'am. What can I help you with?" asked an employee.

"I want to adopt this one."

"Of course, I will get his things and his data for you."

Once at the apartment, she opened the cage on her bed.

Sans slowly crawled out and stepped on the new terrain.

He didn't exactly know what it was, but he liked its warmth and softness. He gave a little squeak as he crawled up to sleep.

Frisk giggled and removed his jacket for him. He immediately fell asleep then Frisk put his pillow under his head and a blanket over him.

"A heavy sleeper, huh..." Frisk mumbled.

She went on her bed careful not to touch Sans and went to sleep.

FRISK'S POV
I woke up to the sound of whimpering.

I rubbed my eyes and yawned.

I looked at the source and found Sans whimpering and trembling and mumbling things I couldn't make out.

I gently rubbed his head, he flinched at first then he started to calm down.

Poor thing having nightmares. I cradled him on my hand and put him at the crook of my neck as we fell asleep.

SANS' POV
I woke up when the sun shined on my eyes.

"Ugh!" I said as I nuzzled up to the warmth.

I didn't sleep here.

I was at that girl's neck. Her skin was so soft and her hair smelled like strawberries.

I made her hair as a blanket to cover out the sun.

Then she stirred and yawned.

Is she awake?

Her hand came up to me and held me out.

She gave me a smile as she rubbed my head.

It felt so relaxing I ended up closing my eyes.

She giggled and poked my cheek.

"Hey, stop!" I told her as I swatted at her finger.

"Feisty, huh? Though you sound so cute when you squeak..." she says.

Squeak? What does that sound?

"By the way, I'm Frisk. And according to your data, you're name is Sans. Right?"

I nodded.

"So it's time for breakfast. I forgot to buy ketchup like in your data. Would you be fine with anything?"
