Heres chapter 2!! Sorry I made you guys wait so long :)

Chapter 2: (Alex's P.O.V. of her dream)

As soon as my eyes closed the dream started. I was wandering all alone in a dark forest. It was cold and somewhat damp.

I made sure to watch my step just incase there were any roots on the ground. I looked up and could only make out a sliver moon since the trees were blocking my view.

It was a clear night. I heard the crackle of footsteps behind me and I turned around. Something was watching me....

It seemed like an animal, definately not human. I could only see two familiar brown eyes gazing at me.

I started running, but didnt make it far. I tripped and fell over my red cape and came crashing down onto the forrest floor. I winced in pain and closed my eyes.

I opened them again when I was pushed onto my back by someone. I looked up, "Nick?" I said, my eyes wide.

*******************************

I bolted upright from the dream and looked around. It took me a little while to realize where I was.

I was sitting in the middle of the woods covered in dirt and blood. My long light brown hair was all curls and slightly tangled. I went to stand and looked down to see my foot bleeding badly.

I started limping towards the cabin but my legs were weak. I tried so hard to walk a little faster and a little closer. I was a few feet away when reality hit me. I wasn't well enough to survive.

I'm gonna die.... no! I can't die! "I - I can't- d- d...." I wasn't able to finish that sentence since the next thing I knew I was on the ground and my sight was sinking into a familiar pool of blackness...

Nick's P.O.V:

I found her lying on the ground. She had blood stains all over her face and her clothing and the rest of her body.

Her hair was mangled and some was hanging loosely in her face. Her eyes were closed and her hands clutched the ground around her. The grass was soaken with blood also.

I knew I should have been more careful but her powers lead her out here. She wasn't safe knowing that the kingdom wasn't real, and that her imagination made it up becuase she was so sad.

It broke my heart to tell her all of these things she was oblivious to. She might not even wake up.

I scooped her up and took another turn down a winding path to a person of an old legend......
