I was thrown against the wall by the demon who captured me.
"At lease it's warm~," The demon cackled and walked away after locking my cell. I ran up to the bars, looking up and down the halls.
"What did you do?" A voice said from behind me. I turned around and all I saw was a big messy bunch of brown hair sitting in a chair. His face was hidden by a welding mask, and he had gloves on.
"I, I didn't do anything!" I explained to him.
"What? How?"
"I'm an angel. I was tricked. My wings were demonized and had to get them chopped off. When I got out of the Clinic this demon came and took me. Now I'm in here." I rubbed my arm and looked at him.
He nodded, "Ah. Glaze was looking to start a revelution. Golden hair? A too cheerful smile?"
"Yeah. How did you know?" I asked.
"Once, the devil fell in love with an angel. They had a child, but the angel was killed in childbirth. That child was named Glaze. Glaze is basically an evil henchman, but they switch genders, so it could either be henchman or henchwoman, or possibly just henchchild." He shrugged.
"How does that work? An angel dying?" I asked.
"If you are in the wrong relm, you can die. You would be stuck in a limbo with lost soals." He explained as he got up.
He walked over to me and held his hand out," I'm Christopher. A former worker for hell. I was an inventor. And you are?"
'Definately gay for sure now.' I thought.
"Um, yeah, I'm Matthew. I just died yesterday." I shook his gloved hand.
Christopher sat down in the chair again, grabbing a peice of metal and a lighter.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"The impossible."
"And what would that be?" I asked.
"I'm trying to melt this metal and turn it into a key." Christopher answered," It would take decades, though. But, you know, it's not like I don't have the time."
"Yeah." I chuckled. He's smart and clever. I want him.
"So, uh. Do you have any siblings?" Christopher asked, still trying to melt a chunk of metal with a lighter.
"Yeah I do I have..." I trailed off," Ryna... She... She must be devistated..." I sat down on the bed and burried my face in my hands.
"You okay?" Christopher asked.
"My twin sister, Ryna... I just was taken withour her..." I was trying to process this. I probably ruined Ryna's life right now. I felt my eyes getting warmer as tears started to well up.
"Hey, it's gonna be okay." Christopher got up and sat down next to me. He rubbed my back gently and tried to calm me down.
"Do you want a kiss all better?" Christopher asked.
"Is that a legitimate question?" I sniffled.
"If you want it to be."
"But we just met." I wiped my eyes and looked at him.
"I know."
There was a pause before I spoke,"You know I would love to see under your mask."
"Well, tough luck. I'm not gonna let you see."
"But how will you kiss me if you have a mask on your head?" I asked.
"Good point," He nodded,"Maybe when you trust me enough to kiss me I'll take it off."
"Alright, deal. I look forwards to our relationship, Christopher."
