It's Three

"Taehyung-ah, are you alright?" I asked him, concerned. I could hear him sniffling a little over the phone.

"Hyejoo, my- my halmoni(grandmother), she's ill. She's had some kind of food poisoning." He sobbed on the line.

"Oh my gods, that's terrible. How's she now?" I gasped.

"I don't know. Before she could tell me what actually happened I hung up the phone and got into the work of booking myself a train ticket to Daegu. I'm currently in the train." He replied, his voice filled with worry.

"Oh Taehyung." I sighed onto the phone, at his impetuousness. However, I couldn't get annoyed at that. I knew how sensitive Tae became when it came to his grandmother.

He might be amiable with everyone, but it took him 2 months after we became friends to open up about his family.

"Yeah, and I won't be coming to college the next two days." He said.

"Tae, they're gonna be a Saturday and a Sunday. You take care of your halmoni, okay? Tell her I said hi and that I wish for her to get well soon. You take care too, alright?" I replied.

"Yeah okay." I could picture him smiling on the other line. I joined him. "But Hyejoo-ah, I need a favor." He uttered.

"Hmm name it."

"I was actually supposed to take Jimin out today, show him the city. But since I'm on my way to Daegu now, can you do that?"

Now,

1.Take him out  lol. Taehyung and his grammatical blunders.

2.Show him the city?

3.Of course. Out of all the things he could've asked me he chose this. Just my luck.

"Uh, can't anyone of your hyungs do that?" I asked.

"The thing is, they're all very busy. Please Hyejoo-ah. He was really excited about it and was looking forward to it." He said.

"Couldn't he go by himself? I mean, he lives here, right?"

"He was, but since he stayed there at Busan for a long time I guess he kind of forgot the place?" He said, his statement more like a question.

Uh okay.

"Please Hyejoo-ah." He begged.

".........."

"Hyejoo?"

"Tsk.....Okay... I guess?" I sighed. "Where does he live?"

"He's my roommate. You know where I live, right?"

"Yeah yeah. I do." I found myself sighing again. "I'll take care of him, you don't worry. Take it easy, alright?"

"Oh my god, thank you so much Hyejoo!"

"Yeah, yeah." I rolled my eyes.

"Okay, I need to go. Bye!" He said.

"Bye, take care." I replied.

So.... Off to Taehyung's now, I guess?

Do I search for the extra key or do I just knock on the door? I wondered.

Taehyung always had 3 keys. One original, the rest spare. I don't even know why he had 3 keys when two would do. And I never gave it much thought either.

Now where is that one key he stores inside one of his shoes? I thought, searching for the key inside the queer shoe rack outside his house.

I let my hands between the insoles of Tae's favorite pair of shoes. My fingers brushed against something metal and cold.

Ah! Found it! Ya Sherlock Holmes! I patted my own shoulder, pride at my discovery.

I took a deep breath and stood in front of the door. I slowly slipped the key into the door's keyhole and twisted it.

The door opened.

"What... The hell are you wearing?" I stifled back a laugh that threatened to escape my mouth.

A/N: Okay, I'm really sorry for such a short chapter. I don't even have time to say I don't have time.
