Rebirth: Mentality

morning kiss.

"good morning babe " Derek said walking in with a tray of food.

"morning" I yawned.

"here i got you some coffee and your favorite a bagel with blue berry creme cheese plus some scrambled eggs and crispy bacon " he said 

"delicious" i said licking my lips.

"did you eat ?" i asked.

"yeah i ate six hours ago" he said 

"umm what did you eat" i said with a mouth full of bacon.

"umm um a bagel and bacon" he said  

i could tell he was lying but i didn't say anything.

"oh yeah thats good" i said.

i continued to eat it was so good, then someone knocked on the door and Derek ran in the bathroom.

"come in" i stated 

"hey, how long was i out" said my mom.

"like a day" i said.

"I SLEPT THROUGH A DAY, i have a job to get to" she yelled.

"sorry  you looked so peaceful cause you work all those night shifts at your work you just looked comfortable i didn't want to wake you" i said.

"ugh" she said.

"if it makes you feel better i called them and told them you were to sick to go to work or to the phone"i said.

"wow thinks , I'm going back to bed until my shift and when i wake this house better be clean i don't care about them staying here I'm just not paying for them to eat and stuff" she said

"yes ma'am " i said 

after she left Derek ran on the bed dying of laughter. 

"that was close" he said. 

he gave me a morning kiss and we cuddled for a few minutes after i was done eating. another knock and derek ran in the closet this time.

"come in " i said.

it was are with a very panicked look on her face,

"who is it ?" i asked.

"you don't want to know but its important" she said.

i got out of bed then Ade screamed then i realized i didn't have clothes on, i ran to put on clothes and like lightning me and Derek ran down the stairs to see who was at the door. i opened it in regret it was aspen and the group of kids that tried to kill me and derek there were five in all including aspen. 

"Alex and Derek please we are desperate we have no where to go can we join your pack "he begged with tears in his eyes.

"will talk about it for now go sit on the couch" Derek said. 

Me and derek and the rest of us walked out side to talk about it.

"okay we are going to talk about if he should stay with us" derek exclaimed. 

"i think we should let them stay i mean not really trusting him but we can just through them out on the street there parents are dead there from the hunter asylum" said derek 

"i agree but theres not enough room" said Ade.

"we can use my vacation home its just down the road like maybe an hour" i said 

"yeah it will work but we need them for numbers we are better in numbers well have to teach them a few things but they know how to fight if something was to happen" said vivian.

" but they need to get jobs and pay rent" i said 

"and Alex's mom said we all can't stay here so i think me and Alex and vivian, Ade are staying here because vivian has no where to go and Ade got kicked out and i have been living here first and Brett is alway welcome the rest of you will be living in the cabin and rent is about 150 a person because thats what me and Alex's mom agreed on" said Derek. 

everyone agreed then Derek told them and they gave us all hugs. I'm glad everything turned out good i have a loving mate a wonderful pack and amazing friends and nothing could possible go wrong the first day of senior year is two weeks  its hard to believe we made it through those dreadful 3 years of high school although me and Derek where only together two of those years. And i love Derek so much and we will never be apart ever again because we have finally bonded our bodies into one i wonder whats next will Derek finally rise to be the alpha or will something happen between now and then i guess we will have to see.
